Extreme Satisfaction I submitted a work request around 8 PM on Saturday night and was called approximately 30 minutes later by the owner. He asked if the service could wait until the next day, and it certainly could. He gave me a time range for the next day and was there at the beginning of the window. He diagnosed my issue within 20 minutes and gave me the approximate cost. He was done in approximately an hour total time with the cost not exceeding the estimate. They take great care of us. We've struggled with an issue with our ac unit x years. They came in and found a previous provider had installed something backwards. No problems since. We are on their maintenance program and it has saved us money and prolonged the life of our old unit! Highly recommend them.

This company is 5 stars. Prompt service and very good workmanship. The guy went the extra mile to make the unit run more quietly and spent his own time and extra materials without being asked. I paid a competitive price and got an even better deal. I think he is a bit of a perfectionist.

$85 for service call to fix non-working heater during freezing weather, said they'd send someone in a week to cut a hole in the ceiling. Called someone else they came and replaced a single part and had it running in 30 mins. What a mistake *Update - I will give them respect. They contacted me, acknowledged my concern and made it right. Based on their response I feel like this experience is not a true representation of the company. Not a lot of companies would not have reacted the way they did to a bad review. I appreciate the integrity!

My husband and I are very pleased with Winstead Climate Control. We made a service call around 8:30pm and Lynn showed up in about 15-20 minutes. He was extremely professional and very informative on the problem. Lynn and his co-worker Heath fixed the problem properly! We love this company! Thank you!!

Called Winstead Climate Control when my A/C started blowing warm air in the middle of August. I was really desperate to find a trustworthy company and given the time of day I called (2pm on a Friday), I was certain no one could assist me. The owner himself came out within a couple of hours. Some compasitor had went out and he had my unit blowing ice cold in about 30 minutes. Their $65 call out is very reasonable and gave me a great deal on the part.

My fan had stopped turning on outside unit, I had replaced copasitor but the fan still wouldn’t turn. I called Winstead (Lynn) the day I called he showed up few hours later right at scheduled time and fixed my air conditioning, it was the fan motor that had quit. Lynn was Very professional and knowledgeable. After hours service call very reasonably priced. Wish that I would have called him sooner, called another larger company from Corsicana and waited days with nobody showing up. Thankyou Lynn for getting my AC up and running again!

Called him out today, arrived on time, was very quick at getting my system back up and running. Professional. More than I can say for some in the area. Should be the number 1 call for A/C work in the Navarro county area, I know he will be mine for sure

I called to explain what I thought problem was. He gave me a quote for that repair. When they got there and inspected everything. That wasn't the issue. They re route the duct work and didn't charge extra for it. Which I was surprised to see honest people still around. I will always use them for all my HVAC needs.

I have used Winstead twice for HVAC repairs and they have always been quick to arrive, they made the necessary repairs and their rates are reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

He arrived on time. And was very quick and efficient. He has a great knowledge of his profession. Definitely a go to in the Corsicana and surrounding areas.
