AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. The company is either owned or run by Antonio Hatzillias who is the person that did the work. He sold us the cheapest system you can buy for $5k and it is certainly that. After 1 year, the AC unit suddenly stopped blowing cold air. Literally 1 year to the date that his labor warranty expired on this unit. Backing up a bit, he had been out to our home about 1 month and a half before to replace a shorted voltage wire on the fan of the unit, for this he charged us $125. Oddly enough last week our unit stopped blowing cold air. We called him and he finally showed up on the last day (interestingly) that our warranty on his labor was to expire. Went to look at the outside unit, found nothing wrong, went up into our attic and did not even bother to take the cover off of the condenser unit on the HVAC or look at anything else before he started spouting nonsense about replacing ducts because they were aluminum and how much it was going to cost us. He came down from the attic with this story and recommended we pay him (he had a "friend" that does this kind of work by the way) $4k to replace our ducts....We told him we did not agree with his assessment, and that it was obvious to us something was not right with our unit. He left our residence, did not charge us for the visit nor did he venture that it might possibly have to do with the HVAC unit he replaced for us. He also made some silly comment about the placement of our thermostat--which is directly above our vent to the unit, I'm not sure what that had to do with anything really except that it was quite obvious he was looking for any excuse to give in order to not do a thorough check of everything. We got a 2nd opinion from a reputable company--who told us in writing that he had WIRED THE AC UNIT & HEATER INCORRECTLY!!!  Our heater and AC Unit were running at the same time, triggered by some sort of relay burn out which was caused by...you guessed it-- the fact that it was wired incorrectly to begin with. This guy should be ashamed of himself. In a nutshell, he does bad work and proceeds with a lazy, arrogant attitude because he was unwilling to concede that there was anything wrong with the unit. His NEGLIGENCE caused damage to the compressor of the unit which although is still under warranty, will still cost us an additional $1400 to replace.
