Jormer Enterprises has been amazing to work with! They replaced my AC unit and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Our experience with Jormer was absolutely outstanding!! After our AC went out, we had a couple of other companies come out to look at our unit. They were the only company that gave us options and didn't make us feel like our only option was all or nothing. We ended up getting a whole new unit that was better and more reasonable than any other company!! I am highly satisfied with Jormer!! They were very knowledgeable and completely professional. Everyone I spoke to explained everything and answered all our questions. We will be using Jormer for years to come.

Very professional. They came out the same day I called where others could not get to me until 2 days later. Pointed out my problem of wrongfully installed drain pipe. After checking out the coils I was told they did not need cleaning, the repair man brushed the coils which save me over $ 250.. Labor was only $ 69 dollars and they worked for one hour. I would recommend this company to other people. He will service my son's air condition unit next. I feel they were very honest by brushing my coils clean. They could have easily told me they had to come back to clean coils at a cost of $250. I would not have known better and would have agreed to this. <br />

I was very pleased with their work. They did it quickly and were on time. They were responsive, quick, and in and out. They were very fair priced.

On Monday evening I noticed my a/c was running but the house was not cooling down. I called Jormer and was asked if I wanted them to come out that night or first thing in the morning, it was after hours and as you know rates increase for that. I opted for the next morning. They are first thing, ran some tests to diagnose the problem. My unit is older some he called around to locate the motor I needed. There was a place in Austin that had one, about an hour away. Someone was sent to pick it up and by that evening, approx. 7pm, I had a/c. Texas summers are pretty hot and this year has been a scorcher, It was incredible to have the problem handled in a day. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I have used them in the past and have been very pleased with their work.
