Very professional! On time, fast, and most of all thorough! They helped me realize our landlord is using "duct tape" to hold everything together and needs to be seriously addressed! Also, a "syrup smell" was mentioned which my wife and I had noticed and they pin-pointed where this was and gave recommendations to fix it! They were honest, helpful, and informative! I have used them several times and find that they show up when they say they will, are knowledgeable in servicing my unit, and never upsell me by trying to get me to replace things that are not needed. My unit is old, yet efficient. While other companies have tried to sell me on spending big bucks on replacing my unit, this company has supported me in keeping it going. When it is time to replace it, you can bet I will call them to do it. I am grateful to have found a local company that is stellar in providing such exceptional service.

I came home from a hot July day of work to learn our AC wasn't working. It never happens during a convenient time. But, I called Brazos Valley AC Services & Repair and they came out after hours. They were very up front about their emergency call hour prices, but I just wanted to make sure we weren't sleeping in a hot house. Their technician was out promptly and fixed the blown capacitor quickly. Everett was very nice, courteous, and explained everything to me. I even signed up for their service plan to make sure the system is checked more frequently so these issues are spotted in advance. I highly recommend Brazos Valley AC Services & Repair.

The team was great! Called out initially as our AC refrigerant line would freeze up at night. He explained everything he was seeing based what his readings were giving him. Initially thought it was low refrigerant, but before leaving said pressures indicate just a clog in one of the lines. Ordered the part and showed up the next day to get it fixed. He removed a piece of metal from one of the refrigerant lines that was blocking refrigerant flow. Temperatures are blowing much colder now than I knew they were supposed to (55 now instead of 67 degrees) and pressures are normal. Would recommend this company to anybody in the area. Friendly, responsive, and great to work with.

I was impressed with the knowledge of everyone from the owners to the installers. They answered my questions completely and were willing to take the time for explanations. The installers were in and out of here in no time. My house is so much cooler since they put my new AC in!

Our air conditioner had been out for 5 days when I called Brazos Valley Air Conditioning at 3:30 pm on Monday. Jose came that day at 5:30 and assessed the problem. They provided us with several proposals with various levels for remedying the problem. On Friday two techs came and replaced the unit for us. They were very professional and left our garage cleaner than they found it. We are grateful for the service we received from every one we encountered with the company. They kept us informed and provided exceptional service. We highly recommend Jose and his company.

First time using them, very impressed with quick response time, called at 9am, appt same day. Good communication on arrival time, even earlier than expected! Very thorough on looking for problem, diagnosing problem and correcting. Lots of communication during entire process. We will definitely use them again and refer to anyone who asks!! I have lived in the Brazos Valley for over 30 years! I have seen many a summers with over 100 degree weather all summer long!! So, in various houses, I have used a few A/C repair people! Jose and Pricilla did and do an amazing job! When I had a lot piled on my plate and it was hot as hell and my A/C broke while I was out of town. Due to a medical condition if the house is above 75 things start to get dangerous. Jose and Pricilla really took care of us! They are professional and friendly. They show up to their appointments promptly and give us great service at a fair price! I will always use them!

We were very happy with their service. They were quick and efficient and offered different options to fit our budget. They also came out to help with a problem caused by a roof replacement, advocated for us and made sure the heating system was safely working again. We'll never use anyone else!
