So far my experience has been good. They came out to my home and gave me a personalize quote for the job. They were personable and knowledgable. They have not started the job yet, but I expect good things from them.

A "no show" for the agreed upon day and time with no attempt at notification. Did show up the following day, and although did not charge because of the inconvenience caused by the previous "no show", left with work incomplete and not done to clients satisfaction.

The man who came to my home was prompt, very polite, honest and helpful. He was up front that the part I needed to fix my washer was very expensive (more than $450 for the entire job) and he recommended that I think about getting a new appliance instead. He even went as far to recommend some type of appliances that I may like better. I would definately recommend this company to anyone else I know.
