Paul was recommended by a colleague. He arrived the next day - since coming the night before would have cost more for after hours service, he recommended. Found the burnt wires, fixed that and a few other problems, checked the freon levels and the ducts for temperature difference across air cooler, and demonstrated a simple way to upkeep the compressor and fan from overloading again. Very professional and honest job.
