I had to call after hours because my house wasn’t cooling and Colton literally got to my house 5 no longer than 10 minutes.. he changed the compressor and my house wasn’t cooling starting to cool down in a matter of 10 minutes.. I say in 2 hours it was back to where I had it before.. I cannot recommend a better company for your hvac needs! Triple T is so professional and kind. These are a wonderful group of individuals to work with and definitely have my business for life! Thank yall once again yall are lives savers!

My family has used triple t growing up and when I moved back in 2014 they did our ac install for our remodeled home. They have been servicing our home for the past 6 years and always do a great job. They take the time to answer any questions and explain into detail what the issue is. Our unit when out late last night and already had someone here early on Christmas Eve to get us back in business. Lied about coming out on a weekend call

He probably did about $300 worth of work for free. To anyone who needs work done- he is an excellent worker. He?s very conscientious, punctual and trustable. He?s the kind of guy who would bend over backwards to help you. If he notices something wrong he doesn?t overlook it, he?ll tell you about it and give you information you potentially don?t have. He?s very courteous and thoughtful.

Brent was very communicative as to when things would happen and how they would proceed. He accomplished all the work during our snow's and even when it was snowing cut all the wood outside, so as not to have sawdust all over! He finished the job in record time, according to our thoughts, and didn't leave until we had inspected everything he'd done and we were happy with all the work! He also said if after things settled down again for us if we noticed anything that may have changed he would rectify it for free! You don't get that kind of work from most contractors! We were extremely happy with him and his crew! He even shoveled a place out the back of the house for our dogs to be able to see the grass and do their duty!

This company came out and gave me an estimate on doing this job. I hired them. When they were done they gave me a bill that was almost DOUBLE what I was told it was going to be. The estimate was verbal, so I had no recourse. Do NOT trust this company!!

They replaced my furnace and heat pump. The furnace was in the attic with very difficult access but the managed to improve the situation up there. They put in a top notch heat pump too, thatâ  s much more efficient and cost effective. Adrian ran the project and he cleaned up after the install. I highly recommend Triple Temp Refrigeration. Adrian couldnâ  t have nicer to work with.

Did the work fast and informed me when is the next service due in the winter

The tech arrived on time (doesn t happen often in this town), was friendly, and explained everything thoroughly! He did excellent work and I know I ll use them again. I m very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Adrian notified me when running a little late. Work was thorough. He answered all my questions, both those dealing with current service and future scheduling.

They did a great job. An extra crew was added to the job to finish in one day! granted, it was long day but they finished the job in a professional way. The next day, I called because of minor items were left undone, no problem! They came back and corrected everything I could think of.
