Trusted Heating did a fantastic job for us. We purchased a package unit - a/c and heater in one - The entire installation took 2 days because we also had our ducting sealed using a process called Aero Seal which resulted in an 88% reduction in duct leakage. Trusted removed and disposed of our old existing equipment and left the site spotlessly clean. Thank you Trusted.

Initial installation resulted in a problem regarding electrical overload. System kept shutting down and eventually I was unable to reset or restart. I was charged approximately $500 to upgrade my outside electrical box; however, the Rheem unit, humidifier, etc., were all plugged in to one receptacle. Corrective action was proposed to take an existing wall electrical receptacle for usage which I strongly disagreed with, particlulaly since I paid for an additional upgrade panel. Technician did use the "upgrade" to install a new electrical outlet and all elements seem to be functioning properly now.

Excellent evaluation of my needs and home configuration. Far superior to the other four companies that estimated my project. Great workmanship and quick response. Understood nature of the project based on criteria from national consumer publications.

Trusted did an excellent, efficient job installing my gas pack. They removed my old heater and swamp coolers, and put in new ductwork and grates. I am very pleased with the final results, and would recommend them to anyone.
