Brazos River provided excellent service with great follow-up at a fair price. They quickly detected and located a leak in my HVAC system, ordered the necessary parts, and completed the replacement without issues. Very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

Purchased new "Samsung" unit after researching product, Brazos River AC website, their podcast and actual follow up conversations with management/company owner. Great choice on the AC unit...Better than advertised!! Brazos RiverAir Conditioning is excellent. Their team is responsive during sweltering temperatures as well as during freezing ice and snow storms. We have been there...they responded very quickly to our needs with prompt service! I could not have chosen a better AC company!! That's my story and I am sticking to it...LOL!

Wow. Such a hot day and Russ from Brazos River AC came out to replace the drainage tube that had (apparently for many years) been cut and spliced back together from previous AC repairmen without fixing the problem. He replaced the entire pipe with new floaters and one place to flush with vinegar not the previous three places. Turned the air back on and waited to ensure everything was running smoothly. Absolutely hated that anyone had to go into that hot attic but I'm so grateful that Russ worked as hard as he did to get everything up and running again.

Robert came with a crew to repair our HVAC units, recharging the freon, inspecting lines for leaks and ensuring the systems were running smoothly and efficiently. He even took time to explain how we could help maintain our units by periodically cleaning the drain lines. Bravo Brazos River Air Conditioning!

The BR guys are awesome (as usual)! Techs came in explained the only issue(filter) with our system. This is the kind of service we have come accustomed to with this ac company!

They were out to service the air conditioning unit the next day. They found that the blades had fallen off but didn't damage the unit. They checked on the pressure and replaced the blade. I was only charged for a service call. Very good technician,polite,on time, and explained what he was doing. Thank you Russ.

Wacey is very knowledgeable about the Samsung systems and how they compare to other systems. He is also very patient with customers, taking the time to explain the technology with the pro's and cons. Compared to other HVAC people I have talked to, I rate him in the top 10 percentile. He will be installing a system in our new build.

Brazos River AC has done it again! Both of our AC units were down last night and I called the owner, Wacy, at 8:00 p.m. to ask if they could come out to repair on Monday. He said no way- we will be there Saturday morning. They arrived at 7:30 a.m. and both units were up and running again within 20 minutes. This company has never failed us and they have very reasonable rates.

I had a drip from split mini AC unit. It is mounted up high where I can't reach. Thought I saw mold up in there. Contacted Wacey. He said he would make out that day and he did. Was 7:30 in evening, he was tired, hot and trying to get home to his son, but he still came to my house. He found mold covering my blowing wheel, and fixed the leak all within 45 mins. I had been sick with upper respitory infection for month. After he got mold out I immediately started feeling better and continue to every day! I thank God he took time to stop by that day. Had been breathing that for no telling how long. He charged me more than reasonable price. That's not only excellent work quality and ethics, also a kind man . Thank you
