Due to MANY prior bad experiences with promised service/insurance I have rule never to sign up for one again. But somehow I guess I did with Adon and I am glad I did. I feared it would be 1/4 year filter change and then out the door but it was SO MUCH more. Matt changed the filters of course but he also went up in the attic to address Ohm resistance, water drain and much more. He then went outside and check both units removing a dead gecko that leered what a capacitor was the hard way. In departure he was kind enough to play with my dog who had been having a fit trying to meet him restrained by me with a leash. So..... now I am out of trouble with my wife, my dog and A/C and heat units.

Shelby was amazing and helped me with some issues I was having. I loved that he was so honest and didn’t try selling me on something I didn’t need. I will definitely use Adon Complete for future maintenance. Thanks Kelsie for helping me get it set up.

Our A/C went out early this morning and Jose was able to arrive in less than 2 hours after calling (when other companies couldn’t get to us for over 48 hours or wouldn’t call us back) and was able to fix it quickly. He explained to us what was going on and what our options were! He was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. We have a medically complex child who can’t handle the heat well and he saved the day. We were so pleased with the service that we signed up for the membership and that isn’t something we would typically do. Thrilled to have a reliable A/C company in the Texas heat. I am so pleased with the service I received from Jose’, Matthew and Paola. From the moment I called and spoke with Paola regarding my a/c not cooling, I felt like I was in good hands. Paola assured me someone would be out first thing the next morning. Then…Jose’ appeared. Jose’ was thoughtful and thorough with his explanation of my compressor freezing over and how we would need to let it thaw out before he could access the damage/issues to the unit. We said he would come back later that afternoon but to keep our fingers crossed for a good outcome. When Jose’ returned he brought Matthew with him. As a team they thoroughly checked out my unit and presented me with the problem and how to fix it. Our finger crossing worked, while there was damage it could have been so much worse. I was very pleased. Thank you Paola, Jose’ and Matthew for your quick action and making sure I was comfortable while the temps were blazing outside! I take great comfort in knowing I have company such as Adon Air I can depend on if/when the need arises again.

Shelby and Jacob stayed late on the Friday before a 3 day weekend to ensure we had AC for the weekend. They were polite, respectful of our home and us. We will definitely use them again. Could not of been more happy.

Jacob gave us 10/10 exemplary service! From the moment he walked in he was very attentive to the issues and worked to make sure each issue was addressed promptly and efficiently. The rest of the team then came back to replace the duct work and it was a breeze. They were respectful of our home and space they even cleaned up after themselves. Matthew came to our house today. We had a drain plug problem that had been repaired before that was still causing problems. Matthew went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. He worked really hard and helped us get to the bottom of it. There is no doubt that life brings problems but it’s good to know there are some businesses that will be in corner and stand by their work. Thanks Matthew and Adon.

I called to schedule a pre-purchase HVAC inspection and they were able to have a technician the same day in the afternoon. Jacob was thorough and knowledgeable about the existing systems in the house and was able to provide helpful recommendations for replacement and maintenance. The written report and photos are easy to understand and helpful in negotiations with the seller. Well worth the time and cost to get experts to evaluate the HVAC systems before purchasing a home. I’ll be happy to call back Adon once I’m ready to make upgrades/repairs.

Had such a wonderful experience with Jacob. From our first meeting with the inspection of our old system to the second meeting of different packages and options and financing choices for our new system. Jacob was very informative as well as knowledgeable about the equipment and the installation process. He was Here on the day of installation to ensure that all promises made and requirements that were requested, were done. Jacob is a true example of professionalism as well as the installation crew that performed the work. It has only been one day but we are very happy with our decision.

Adon Complete was able to send my preferred technician, Owen Jowers, to my residence same-day when my A/C stopped working. Both technicians were respectful, professional, and made sure that I understood what was going on at all times. They even showed me preventative measures I could take to avoid a clogged line in the future, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with the man that came to check our air conditioner guy! He explained what he was going to do and went to work and took care of it!
