We gave a down payment on installing 10 replacement windows. They came and measured 3 times. One month later they installed 4 of the windows. A few weeks later they attempted to install 2 more. They got one of the old windows out and noticed the measurements were wrong . The height and width had been mixed up when ordering them . Two weeks later they installed the right ones. Two weeks after that , they installed the last 4 windows. We noticed that the side window in the living room had too much vinyl at the top . We found out that the living room window and one of the bedroom windows had gotten switched . They offered an option of taking half price off of the living room window or ordering another one. We were so tired of dealing with them , so we took the $ 250.00 deduction. Less than 2 years later , the hardware on one of the windows broke. We were told that it would take about 2 weeks to get the parts. Two months later, we went to their office to see what the problem was. We were told that he had ordered the wrong parts and would have to re-order them. He had also told us that he would get us a warranty. Six weeks later and we haven't heard anything from them.
