Very helpful with new AC and water heater

It was great! There was something wrong in our air conditioner, so they came out and found the problem which was still under the warranty so they fixed it for free. The technician was polite, and professional.

They are always thorough and professional. The only complaint is that they did not contact me when my annual visit was due and so I had to contact them and it took 2 months to get on the books.

They were punctual and the work was done well. How they charge is huge problem. Drywall guy shows up in a van but didn't bring a piece large enough for a 30" x 20" hole-wanted to charge for an hour to run to Home Depot and pick it up. He said that is "what the office wants him to do". Tech who showed up to do the plumbing leak charged $285 for an "extended diagnosis" of a plumbing leak which took 45 minutes of opening up a small piece of drywall. In addition he charged $620 for less than two hours of work and a $25 flange. Replace closet flange $304.61 and pull and reset toilet $318.04. He also tried to convince me to replace a five year old toilet (are they on commission?). The most recent visit over the past two months was to replace a blower motor in one of my A/C units. He claimed the motor was a difficult one to find and he charged over $800 for it and listed it as 3 hours of work on the invoice. I found the motor on line for $350. The total time he was here was one hour to replace it which I was charged close to $450 for, in addition to the dispatch fee of $79 earlier in the week. This tech wanted me to replace a 7 year old unit for $8,000 because it "would be under warranty"....commission? Also beware, these guys spend a lot of time going back and forth to their trucks and sitting in them. I was on a service contract so the prices were after my member discounts of 20%. I take blame for part of this as I should have been more vigilant but was dealing with the death of a son and mother both in that six week timeframe.

I knew from the time I called them that this was going to be a smooth process. Very pleasant over the phone and set up my appointment quick. Daniel, my service pro, arrived within the 2 hour time frame they gave me. He was very knowledgable and patient with me. I kinda figured before I called them I would need my hot water tank replaced so I had some questions for Dan when he told me it would need replaced. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get a tank less or the standard hot water tank. Dan went through all the pricing and options for both. After getting a quote of $5100 for a tank less I decided to go with a high end tank with a 12 year warranty. There were some extra charges but he explained them along the way . In addition I also asked if he could check some other things while he was there and he had no problem taking care of those as well. He was not rushed and cleaned everything up when he was done. He then showed me how to use it and also offered a $7.95 monthly service package which I gladly accepted knowing I would make my money back with the annual service. I have previously used Mr water heater which did a fine job but after using Ben Franklin Plumbing I won't go anywhere else. They are priced slightly higher but do the job right and make sure you know what you are paying for. Thank you Daniel!

We have a contract so the price is discounted. They had done some plumbing work. There's several things on the house they've corrected, some water usage and plumbing equipment. They've done 2 or 3 jobs. Very good professionalism.

I have always had positive experiences with the workers who have come out, from the technicians to the project managers. They were consistently pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Even when I was getting project estimates for emergency repairs, I felt that they were able to work with my need for rapid service, as well as my need to ask questions about every part of the process. I have never felt that I was being condescended to, or that the workers showed anything less than the highest respect for my home and my time. I've purchased their maintenance package at $9/month which includes 4 free visits annually (2 HVAC, 1 electrical, 1 plumbing). I've recommended this company to everyone I know in the area who has recently purchased a home, and I've consistently said that hiring Lee Company was one of the best decisions I made about buying my house. I would not have been able to purchase an older house with repair needs without Lee Company to help me understand what repairs were necessary, what weren't necessary yet that I should keep an eye on, and how to make those repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They might not be the cheapest service in the area, but they can service all my house system needs, not just electrical or just plumbing, from one place. Their rates are very reasonable for the high quality service that they provide. I will always recommend Lee Company, and it's one of the most passionate reviews that I have given for any house-related need.

I signed up for Lee Company. I just picked them up this year. They did find a few things with the air conditioner, which is why I had no problem dropping the ones we were using. The price was reasonable. I give them a monthly payment. The check up itself was around $99 a year type of deal. I pay them $8.99 a month, and I get a 20% discount if they do find problems.? I had my air conditioner worked on and it was around $600. That was a repair job. They were sitting there waiting for the time to come up; they were waiting outside for me. Anytime I got a problem I'll call them up and say hey again. I'd give them an A.

It costs $100 a year for two check ups. They know what they're doing. The workers are very professional.

They do everything: plumbing and electrical and air conditioning and all sorts of things. I use them regularly. They service my air conditioning. On the split air conditioning system, I think there were 2 people to complete the service. It took about half a day to complete the service. They left the area clean, everything was just fine. They just did a good job.

Service was a B. Responsiveness was good. There were two items that we had hoped to have addressed that their electrician for whatever reason decided that he was not able to address on that call. I think he had been over scheduled that particular day. That only would the only negative. The quality of the service was okay for the most part except for the two items that he couldn't get around to or didn't want to get around to. Pricing was fine. We have used the company, not necessarily the same technician.
