This company may have been excellent at some point in time but not any more. I paid this company to remove old a/c ductwork and replace with new materials. They installed the new ductwork on Monday, April 13th. The employees installed some of the ductwork incorrectly. In addition, the employees left trash from the job in my yard that I had to clean up. It is June 15 and I am still trying to have them redo this botched job. The owner of the company promised to come out twice to repair it himself but never showed. Nor did he call to apologize for not coming. If he does call or text he only offers excuses but promises he is working on it. If you want to avoid having to hire a lawyer, I suggest you find another company to work on your home.

The technician came the same day as requested, found the problem and then drove to several different cities locating the parts needed. After gathering up the needed parts, he came back late in the evening and finished up the repairs. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Our technician weathered the freezing temps and snow to get our unit repaired. He was amazing!!

If you want a hard working trustworthy decent person go with Chris and his company. He is not the annoying sales pitch type and charges fair and reasonable prices. He is both professional and knowledgeable from start to finish, thoroughly explaining any issues you may be having. I used him eight months ago when my hvac needed a charge due to a leak and today he just finished installing a new system because my old one (36 yrs) no longer had parts to salvage it. I truly appreciate his help and wish there were more workers like him out there. He will definitely continue to be my go to HVAC guy! (Although I donâ t think Iâ ll be having anymore issues anytime soon with my new system)

Excellent, very fast and very professional

Chris was great! He was the first to respond to my inquiry on Angies List. Our heat in the upstairs unit went out, and he arrived and did a solid assessment. He discovered that the issue was our motherboard, sourced the needed part and arrived on time to install the new part the next day as promised. Great work ethic, prompt and professional!

Chris and his crew did an incredible job of resolving problems nobody else could fix. My system was badly repaired by another HVAC company and they were unable to explain why my AC would cool 2 degrees and then quit. They checked the pressure etc and everything was "fine". Nothing was fine, and it took real pros, the guys at Central Air to figure out everything that was wrong and fix it. Everything included bad wiring in the thermostat, every part of the system I had was completely botched by the previous company. Have to give Chris credit for starting out with a work-around meant to fix the most obvious problem, which was intended to save me money. When that didn't work, I went for a high-end system, and when installed that cut out after a short time. I give these guys credit, they never got frustrated or irritable (wish I could say the same about myself), they just kept going until they found the last issue. They were there until after 8P two nights in a row, and never complained. I know the previous HVAC company would have given up, and I am really thankful that I found Central Air Solutions on Home Advisors!

Chris, the owner of Central Air, did a great job communicating the install. He is very hard working and instills confidence. After 8 years, I will be moving all my HVAC business from ARS to Central Air.

Our air conditioning stopped working late in the evening. After trying to figure out the problem with no success, I post the project on Home Adviser around 11pm that night. Within 2 mins Chris connected me from Central Air Solutions. He asked me a few questions about my situation and then offered to come look at it that same night. I m a night owl so it was perfectly alright with me. He preformed a few tested and told what the problem was. Ultimately, a new unit was needed as our s was 20 years old. Despite having a full schedule he made room for us the very next day so that we could beat the heat. I definitely appreciated this because my elderly parents live with me and I was concerned about them in this heat and moving forward. I most likely would ve gotten a hotel room for them until the problem was resolved. However, thanks to Chris and his team I didn t have to do that. I would definitely classify his company as life savers. I highly recommend Central Air Solutions, they do impeccable work and have outstanding customer service!!

Overall positive experience. Came by late on a Saturday night and confirmed a bad TXV valve from another provider. Suggested to get a new coil installed instead of just replacing the TXV. Said new coil would come with TXV and also it would fix my leak.

The overall service was fantastic! The team arrived at my house the same day of my request and completed great quality work all within a hour. I will definitely recommend this company and will reach out to them when I need support in the future.
