Brown Cooling, Heating and Refrigeration

They are out of this world good. They are the most professional company that I have ever had in my residence. They are just wonderful. They are real good. They don't just stick that Freon stuff in just because it isn't running right. Every fall they stick a new UV light in there. Those guys are out of this world great. I will never go to anybody else.

This job was in conjunction with Lowe's and Brown Refrigeration Inc. During the initial visit, a Lowe's representative and Mr. Brown came to provide information and check out what was necessary for updating my current system. The system was already 21-years old and I just had a major drain line leak that had caused serious floor damage to two rooms, the hallway, and two closets. <br /> Larry was very attentive, asked questions as to what I was expecting and was very informative. He provided the reasons as to why the old system was so noisy when running, and the reason why there was no drip pan under the unit. I was impressed with his knowledge and felt very confident that he and his crew would do a good job. He also worked with me on scheduling since this job would take approximately 2 days to complete. He was able to schedule the job on a Friday and Saturday which helped me tremendously. <br /> The crew showed up on time, early, and quickly got to work. They did everything as expected. This is dirty work so I expected some dirt and debris and the crew tried their best to keep it under control. They also were very conscious of protecting the brand new flooring that had just been installed days before. <br /> Overall, I am very pleased with the work that was done and the system that was installed. My home is much more comfortable and Mr. Brown was right on target with what was needed to get the new system running properly. <br /> I plan on using their maintenance services in the future to keep the new system running smoothly. <br />

They arrived an hour early and did repair work that was not authorized. We were forced to make the payment. They didn't fix the problem, and we ended up having to spend another $1000 or so to repair it. Unfortunately, I live too far away or I would get my local air guy to go. I just really feel like they took advantage of the situation by showing up early and doing work that we were compelled to pay for. Their price was reasonable.

I had a problem come up last summer, but the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and got me set up with a convenient appointment time quickly. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and my wife and I are more than ecstatic with the services we've received. Top Notch!!
