Jay and his team were referred to me by someone else with the same experience. His pricing was unbelievable. His team was clean, respectful and knowledgeable and best of all, honest. They documented and reviewed every problem with us, discussed options and told us the length of time we would have before we had to fix the problem. Fixed problems that the other companies caused and also problems we were told weren’t fixable. They were the 3rd HVAC contractor we had work on the project, and the only ones that could deliver. 100% the only HVAC contractor I will work with. This is the first review I have ever left for anything, positive or negative. That’s how great this company has been.

Cannot say enough great things about Jays Pro Services! AC was not working and the house got up to 85 degrees inside. Received two quotes prior to Jay coming out which were absolutely ridiculous with both advising I had a faulty TXV and Compressor while trying to upsell me on everything and get me into a membership plan with them. I called Jay the next morning and he came to my house within the hour. After a little bit of digging he gave me an incredible quote only needing to change the TXV. The very next morning one of his Tech’s Carlos came out and fixed everything within two hours. Incredibly quick and incredibly transparent. I will definitely recommend Jay to my entire neighborhood as there have been many HVAC issues in my area due to the builder installing the systems improperly.

Carlos was very helpful and extremely professional when he came out to repair my heating system. He explained what was wrong with my heating system and how he was going to take care of the issue. After the repair, he explained everything he did and asked if I had any follow up questions. I will recommend Jays to all my family, friends and associates. They are wonderful.

Best hvac repair guys in the business. His prices have always been lower than anyone else and after they leave I don’t have to worry that the job wasn’t done right. I call them for reg cleaning or any maintenance that has to be done. Used them for a couple of years now and my close friends do as well. Very honest, and not looking to get over on anyone. Very thankful I found Jay and his crew to do my hvac work.

FINALLY found my HVAC pro/expert! Jay and his team are THE BEST! I've been looking for an honest and fair HVAC pro for over a year and finally found him! We had a mini split system installed on our patio so we can heat/cool our patio all year! Jay and his team worked efficiently and did an amazing job! Our patio is HOT within seconds! They are also going to balance/fix the HVAC in our home. So so thankful we found Jay!

For the past several months (summer 2024) our HVAC hasn't been keeping up with the heat, with less and less air getting through the vents. This past Friday evening, it finally stopped working all together. With temperatures in the house topping 87 degrees, we needed a quick fix but worried that the later evening time right at the onset of a weekend would be a problem. We called several places, and Jay from Jay's Pro Services called us right back. He was at our home 20 minutes later, and spent an hour of his Friday evening discovering that our unit was a solid block of ice inside due to the coils being clogged and rusted. He thawed it out and cleaned it up to get us through the weekend, and then had four guys at our house at 8am Monday with a new upgraded unit. I can't speak highly enough of Jay's professionalism, kindness and work ethic, and that goes for his techs as well. We'll be recommending Jay's Pro Services to everyone in the area, and will be exclusively using them for regular service.

I needed to have my unit cleaned & serviced before closing on my house & my realtor referred me to Jay’s Pro Service. They were quick to send someone out & Carlos did an excellent job! He was very polite & professional, he took before & after pics of the work & cleaning he did so I could see without having to climb up in the attic (which I very much appreciated!), & he thoroughly explained what he was doing each step of the way. He even came back after he’d already left, & realized one other small thing that was mentioned & pictured in my inspection report, to ask if I wanted him to repair it as well. I very much appreciate your quick & excellent service Carlos, thank you kindly!! 😊

Editing my initial review of 5 stars to 1 star, would like to give 0 stars honestly. While I appreciated the response time and work completed at the time, due to my own lack of knowledge on the work, I have now found myself in a mess. To start, my AC had stopped working in the dead heat of June (28th). I was doing some research and believed the issue to be the capacitor. Had reached out to a bunch of companies, and Jays was the only one who could get here quickly. Upon arrival, I told them what was going on and what I had thought it might be. They went ahead and changed the capacitor, got it running and cleaned the unit. Fast forward to middle of September, I was now running into the issue of my AC unit breaker tripping. The unit would run for a little bit, and then trip the breaker. I had been traveling for a couple weeks, so I had ultimately kept the breaker off and when I was done traveling, called in another company to come take a look. Upon investigating, the new company found multiple things wrong. To start, they tested the old capacitor that Jays had said was bad. It wasn’t bad. It had full power. Next, they checked the installed capacitor by Jays and found that they put the wrong capacitor in, which wasn’t rated for the unit and was drawing too much power. This adds up, as once it was installed by Jays, the unit sounded like a freight train anytime it was on. Next, I had to get an electrician to come take a look at the breaker box. They pulled and found 6 breakers that had burned up, which started from the AC breaker and they believe it was due to the improper capacitor installed. I don’t say any of this to bash Jays. I’m sure they do good work. I’m saying this so that you know to trust, but verify the work being completed. I’m very lucky my house didn’t burn down, but also now have a full bucket load of repairs to be done.

Jay and his team were a pleasure to work with. Jay helped me make some decisions that ended up being more economical for me than a few previous bids. His team came in that morning and had our unit installed in the attic later that same day. Great service and easy to work with. Please tell your team, "Thanks!"

Jay was recommended to me after my A/C stopped working at my house from being run so hard the past couple of years. He came and diagnosed the problem and went out of his way to get the part needed and get it fixed all in the same day. His price was so reasonable that I paid a little extra. Amazing! I placed a call and Carlos was able to come out within 30 mins. He fixed my issue the same day for a very fair price and answered every single one of my questions along the way. When there’s water in your walls it’s such a relief to have fast and reliable service!

Thank you to Jays Pro Services for a job well done! Called them in the middle of a snow/ice storm and they got out within a couple of hours to fix the unit and provide my tenants with heat. Highly Recommend!

Jay's Pro Services could have saved our home and our lives the other day. The HVAC system in our 1 year old town home had not been wired safely. We contacted Jay's Pro Services to find out why it was tripping a circuit breaker every few hours. They were able to arrive to check it the same day we called. They discovered that the wiring had been installed through the electrical boxes without the protection afforded by the outer rubber insulation. This could have caused a fire. While they were here, they not only corrected the issue but also performed a complete system check. As a former Regional Maintenance Director for a nationwide realtor, I know great service. Carlos is the best repairperson I’ve ever worked with. He’s kind, patient, diligent, flexible, and explained every step of the issue with my heater. I can’t imagine a better employee!

AC went out, so I called Jay's at 3:00 pm. Repairman came out and fixed everything up by 5:00 same day! Couldn't be happier!
