Landon, came out to my home and installed an LED light fixture in my laundry rm, a utility light in a 2nd dwelling and 2 beautiful stained glass lights on the exterior of my garage. I love all the xtra light I have now at my home. Thank you soooo much! He is very professional and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. He took the time to explain why the lights in the dwelling did not work. He explained what a switch is. I had a great experience. Thank you and I will call again when I need help.

Landon came out knew exactly what was happening and how to fix the issue. He showed my son what was wrong explained how to fix it and explain to him how connect the switches for the fans going in, into another room and how to add another box. If he has trouble for him to call him and he would explain it again and if he or I needed them to come back out they would. Landon is a great electrician along with his apprentice Isaiah.Thank you very much!

Tucker was absolutely great. Very thorough, kind, very respectful, explained in detail, even tho he has to come back he made sure I had heat until parts get here. Tucker Brown with Bailey Heating & Air did an outstanding job conducting a thorough review inspection of our homes HVAC system and was able to discover a faulty valve preventing our heat pump from functioning properly. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and was able to clearly explain everything so that we undated why the part failed and what needed to be done to fix it. He comes highly recommending for anyone having HVAC issues. Amazing work!!

The team of professionals Bailey's sent to install our unit today, Tom, Laten, and Jalen were an absolute pleasure to have in our home they absolutely knocked out of of the park!!! Connor was wonderful on the installation of our new unit. He was very knowledgeable and had that unit installed in no time . He was very patient in answering my questions. Thank you so much Connor and all the Baileys team!!!

Called and left a message and they called back and had someone out the same day and the tech had my heat pump back up and running in no time. Tucker was his name and he was so friendly and knowledgeable,he explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Bailey's Heating,Air & Electrical!

Chase was professional and nice. He explained why he recommended a new unit and it all made sense. I had an older unit and the older refrigerant. Connor did the install with Chris. Both were professional and knocked it out quickly. Connor explained a few minor technical things when asked and really knows his stuff.

My electric bill was triple so I knew something was wrong. I called and got an appointment within a few days. Brodie came and within 5 minutes determined the cause of my problem. He corrected the problem and thoroughly inspected the entire system to be sure that was the cause of the problem. He was polite, efficient and extremely patient explaining how and why it was not working. I was really impressed and thankful. Thanks again Brodie & Bailey Heating, Air & Electric!!

Isaiah Gray was extremely professional & polite. He was there to provide my free heating inspection & maintenance on a new hvac that I had purchased earlier in the year. I very much appreciated how thorough he was in explaining everything he was doing. He is the epitome of great customer service!

Brodie was the absolute sweetest, professional, and informative tech we could have asked for! We were concerned about our heat pump being in auxiliary mode, the admin asst Sarah (she is awesome too!) had explained that it was normal under extremely low outside temps but that they would still send someone out to ensure nothing else was wrong. Brodie thoroughly checked everything out, explained how it is triggered under very low temps, and provided us with the reassurance that all was working properly. Fortunately, the temps have now risen high enough that is has defaulted back to regular heat; however, not looking forward to those winter weather electricity bills! Aargh! Nonetheless, Bailey continues to prove that we made the right decision in purchasing our heat pump from them-

Landon was knowledgeable and professional while also being courteous. Bailey's is always the best to use for every issue. They have taken great care of us for the last 20 years for our heating and air as well as electrical work. They are a first rate company.

Bailey came the day after I called them. Advised me with what thermostat I needed. Came back the next day installed it and I now have heat for a Great fair price I could afford. Seth was kind, patient and extremely helpful with guidance of how to use, set up and program my new thermostat. Truly A God Send from the office staff and Seth to get it all done 2 days after I called. Much less the middle of December when there are so many emergencies at this time. Bailey's Heating & Air understands the customer's time is valuable, but their quality of life at home is even MORE valuable! That's what I like about this company! They make every effort to get to you quickly and fix any HVAC issue you may have. The other day I had the pleasure of meeting Tucker. He was a tech that came out and did the fall service on my unit. He was very thorough and kind! He didn't have to take the time and explain like he did, but he did. Thank you Tucker for being such a fine young man and a great representation for your company!

Landon from Bailey's Electrical, Heating and Air came out today to discuss my latest project - installing a sib panel with an extra two 220 circuits for a mini split and a tanning bed for my wife and he was not only a pleasure to deal with but took the time to go into detail about what was needed and how they were going to accomplish the work. He also discussed some other small projects on the works. He was so nice I wish I could have adopted him. Thank you Bailey's for having such an awesome team of knowledgeable and caring people. Isaiah Gray is very experienced, timely, and a real nice guy. If I had experiences like this with all other company services, I would be a happy and lucky guy. Same review for Cole Bortner. Experienced, professional, and a real nice guy. Great experience with both. I guess all of your employees have these characters. If you have any job openings for a hard worker that has always worked extra hours, let me know. I might be your guy even though I have zero heat and air experience. Conner and I think Hunter installed my new units. Started at about 9 am finished a little after 3 pm. Again like all my previous reviews, excellent service, professional, knowledgeable, and nice guys.

Connor did a fantastic job installing a mini-split AC/heating unit in our garage. He arrived right on schedule and worked straight through until everything was up and running. Connor had previously installed a new central heat & air system in our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We happily recommend Bailey, and specifically Connor, for any heating & air service.

The techs were courteous. They could not repair because the board went out and they can't repair until four days later. We have had unit 10 months. This is very upsetting. A new unit should not be having issues. I am concerned about what other issues I will have with this unit.

Chase was very thorough, did a wonderful job explaining things, and giving options! All around a great person and tech! Our situation with heating and air is not typical and he jumped right into thorough diagnosing! Very pleased! Cole came out after Chase and same thing! Very friendly, both very knowledgeable and gave us our options ! Folks like Chase and Cole makes our experience easy and painless! Thank you for employing such guys as these! Today, just 2 days after Cole and Chase came out, the install team Josh and his partner came and did a very good job installing our whole new unit. They were very friendly and took great care to give us good quality and service. The installation went off without a hit h due to their experience and professionalism! Highly Highly recommend this company!!!!! We just had Seth out and after thorough examination of our unit, he found a small issue, fixed it promptly and we are good to go! Highly recommend Bailey's!!! Very satisfied! 2/18/26 : Just had Isaiah out for our maintenance call. He was very thorough and helpful on my questions. Great job!!!
