My experience started with Sarah who answered my plea for help. She got Jacob G scheduled next day at 4, per my request. Jacob called me at 3:30 to let me know he was on his way and would be there by 4. I really appreciated that. Jacob was at my place, as promised at 4pm. Believing I needed a new unit and it being the WORST possible timing, Jacob found the problem and fixed it immediately. It was much less expensive than I anticipated and that really helped us out. Thank you, Jacob.

Brandon and his team are awesome. I was a long time member of Mid-state before they were sold to Donaldson Air. I really enjoyed the responsiveness at Mid-state. I had multiple problems with Donaldson air including rude telephone service reps. After receiving a hangup from Donaldson air I have switched to KBS. Jacob with KBS has represented his company with extreme professionalism on two different occasions explaining to the letter what was wrong with my system and was able to fix both issues fast and efficient. As a former business owner it's nice to still see that there are businesses out there who still value great customer care.

I came home to my AC not working one evening. I call at 6:30pm and they came over right away. The technician identified the issue and were able to fix it quickly. They are friendly, fast, efficient and great pricing. Will be using this company for my HVAC system needs here on out. Thanks

KBS installed a 5 ton split unit for my 1500sq ft shop 4 years ago and has been flawless for me. They've installed a smart thermostat in my home and serviced my gas unit as well over the last 4 years. Highly recommend them to anyone we know and will use on future home build!

Called KBS at 2:45 pm because our HVAC wasn't cooling the house. By 6:00pm we were turning up the thermostat due to it being chilly inside the house. Jacob was wonderful at explaining what was wrong and explaining what he was doing. Brandon is the best and always puts the customer's needs first. Can't recommend KBS enough!

Rob and his crew installed a new A/C, heating system and humidifier. It was a very hot day, but they were able to complete the install in one day. They also service my other two systems. Their price was very competitive and Rob spent additional time to explain everything. Rob marketing was low key and I really enjoy that. Very happy with my installation.

Rob and his crew were very professional and did a great job with my total ductwork replacement. I would definitely recommend them.

Rob and Wes performed the install for our new unit this afternoon. After dealing with multiple days near 100 degrees our old unit broke down and would no longer cool. We were greeted by Air Solutions on time and they quickly went to work in the attic on our upstairs unit and the condensing unit outside. Less than 2 hours later we began to feel very cold air for the first time in a couple of days. My wife and I actually had to turn the thermostat up a degree over normal since the entire home including the stubborn upstairs bonus room was completely comfortable. We would recommend Air Solutions to all of our friends and family.

I will gladly recommend Air Solutions to anybody needing HVAC work. I was impressed with Robs professionalism and knowledge. He was willing to take the time to go over each and every thing he was going to do and why. I don’t write reviews often but when I receive a great product and exceptional service it is hard not to.

I've hired this company but we have not done the install yet. Tuesday April 10th is our install date.
