The technician that came to my home was terrific! He arrived earlier than scheduled (no complaint about that!) he had to wait a few minutes for me to get there, and he was so Pleasant about it. Very fair price for the emergency service. I highly recommend Powell Brothers!

Last Tuesday night our AC decided to stop working. Just in time for the hottest day of the year. We called frantically trying to see if ANYONE could come out and service our system. Powell Brothers very graciously was able to squeeze us in on Thursday that week. Which was amazing considering every other HVAC company didn’t have availability and acted like we were crazy for even asking. Our tech called ten minutes before his arrival time to let us know he was on his way. He was on site for MAYBE 20 minutes. He had us back up and running in no time. We’ll likely get set up with their preventative maintenance to hopefully avoid future outages!

Ryan was fantastic. I had another company out before him who misdiagnosed this issue using assumptions and worst case scenarios. Ryan took his time to properly troubleshoot my system and within 10 minutes - my A/C fired right up again. So glad I trusted my gut on the first company. So glad I call Powell Brothers. So glad they sent Ryan. If I do need a new system at some point - I would definitely trust their opinion and use them without hesitation.

I had A/C problems and was referred To Powell Brothers out of Clinton. Ryan, the service technician, promptly came this morning and diagnosed the issues and had it all back going perfectly. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. Outstanding job and I'll always call Powell Brothers in the future!

We had Powell Brothers replace our heat pump this summer and were very happy with their service. Their price was great, and they went the extra mile in diagnosing the issue, and installing a new system in a timely manner. After providing the estimate, he went above and beyond by verifying if the warranty was still valid. So... my mom and sister depend on me for these types of services. I had used Powell Brothers here at my own home a couple of times with great success. When my Sisters Heat and Air went out back in November 2023, I turned to Kenny and the team to take care of it. At no fault of Powell Brothers, we had an issue this past weekend on Sis' unit and once again Kenny and team stepped up! They went far and beyond my expectations and that of my sisters! I hope your service makes up for your poor driving. I was on the highway north of Powell behind one of your trucks which was going 60 in the fast lane fine enough, but then it was about to miss its exit so it break harshly went down to 45 and cut off traffic when I honked they honked back. The license plate had 009 on it maybe drive safer next time or get your name off your company vans

I've used Powell Brothers Mechanical Contractors for years. They installed my new system a few years ago and have always been reliable and professional. Kenny has answered phone calls on the weekends and during off hours to make the installation and job right. We had a few bugs with wiring on the new system that they worked on to make it run perfectly. I would recommend Powell Brothers in Clinton to anyone.

We had a part on our system give out when temperatures were dropping into freezing. Powell Brothers sent someone right away, and they were able to figure out the problem quickly. We got the part we needed in two days, and they sent a technician to do the install before the weekend. We so appreciated their prompt service and good communication.

I called the company on a Thursday night, left a message, and heard back Friday morning from them. They were able to send Ryan out that Monday, and he was awesome. Super nice, tolerated my youngest asking a hundred questions and showing off flips on the trampoline until I was able to round him up and get him inside lol. I was really impressed. Ryan quickly figured out the problem with my unit and had it fixed in thirty mins. He didn't try to upsell me on anything like other companies and service people have in the past, and he didn't try to sell me on "things that will need to be fixed in the future" type speeches. Definitely going to call this company again should I need anything hvac related done, and I'll be referring them to everyone I know.

Powell Brothers got out to me quickly to check out the issue with my old unit and install a new unit despite very icy and snowy conditions. Communication was great from beginning to end. All staff was pleasant and efficient. I know I wasn’t their only customer during this busy time, but they made me feel like I was. Oh and the fact that they offer financing was a lifesaver!

I have used Powell Brothers about 4-5 times over the last 20+ years, and specifically Kenny, the owner. They have been great! Fast, reliable, and they know what they are doing. Just got a mini-split for our sunroom, and it's fantastic! Highly recommend them!!

So many times Powell Brothers has taken care of my home summer and winter! The owner himself has came out to fix our heat when it's been well below freezing even when we've had ice in the ground and no one else could get there. Most recently they came out and fixed an issue at our business that kept us from working and did it quickly and very friendly.

Very fast response! HVAC stopped working/ cooling Sunday night in the middle of the hot summer. Called 1st thing Monday morning and Kenny was at our house a little after 12 that afternoon. It was a simple problem of a capacitor being out and within 10 minutes he had it replaced and our house cooling. Most other places I'd called couldn't come for several days! Great service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

I called powell brothers out to just quote a new ac system after being told by another HVAC company that my compressor was bad. Powell bros came out and inspected my existing unit to be replaced. When he was finished he pulled the panel off and replaced a run capacitor, Turned on the system, and it's blowing ice cubes again. Turns out the compressor was fine! Great company! Thank you!

Powell Brothers did a great job in trouble-shooting and repairing my 13 year-old "war horse" AC/heat unit. The crew that showed up at my house were extremely knowledgeable and actually fun to work with. They helped me make a tough decision on whether to repair or replace my unit. Happy to report, they were able to repair/upgrade parts on my old unit and it is running like new. I highly recommend these awesome folks.
