Finished everything in half a day. Cleaned up their work area - couldn't even tell they had been there.

One day turnaround to get a plumber. He was able to come even earlier than expected. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and current codes. My old water heart was 20 years old. This required additional expense I wasn't expecting. On a personal note - if he had been a doctor- I would say he had "no bed side" manners.

It went great. Didn't take very long, cleaned up the lint that was removed

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year.  I called the Waterbury emergency number on a Sunday, and Dave S. was here within a couple of hours (I was warned in advance that there were a couple of calls before us).  Dave was very friendly and professional.  He found a loose wire causing the problem, tightened the connection, and inspected the rest of the unit.  All in all, this took under an hour.  We are very pleased with the service.  Thanks! <br />

This was a very difficult problem to find the exterior vent location of our basement level dryer. The vent was found by taking a couple of boards off the front stoop and there it was. A good place actually but there was a screen at the end of the vent and it was completely plugged. I was very impressed that they did not give it up. So now for future issues we know where it is. I was so impressed that they could even locate it. Failure to do so would have cost us a new clothes dryer. <br /> <br /> <br />

We purchased a Lennox Heat pump from Waterbury a few years back and it has been a nightmare ever since. It started with the deliver. They promised it by a a certain date and after a month of complaining we finally received the unit. (we should have canceled the order at that point!) Every change from heating to cooling or cooling to heating has required a service call to get the unit to work. There is always some minor reason according to them. My feeling at this point is they are not qualified to do this work,Lennox heat pumps are junk or both. I will never do business with this company nor buy a Lennox system again. (I am planning on replacing the furnace this year so both have lost a sale!!)
