Paulson Air has been great at keeping my air conditioning and furnace running smoothly. They were prompt with installation of the air conditioner and the furnace, especially since they both gave out in less than ideal weather. Their technicians are knowledgeable and always courteous of my home and pets. They are always accommodating of my schedule and I couldn't be more please with their service.

My boyfriend called Paulson air heating & cooling due to our air conditioning unit not working. I wasn’t working today so I was home when Truman came out. In just a few minutes he had it back up and running! Turns out something got a little bent and just needed to be reconnected, I really appreciate that he was honest about what was wrong. Our furnace quit Monday mid morning. By Monday afternoon, Matt had stopped and assessed that we needed a new unit. Install was completed Thursday. Professional, informative and communicated well. They cleaned up the work area. Next day made followup call. A+ Paulsons. You will have our business!

Paulson Air has been my go-to A/C repair service for approximately 20 years. When my old AC unit finally gave out they installed a new unit and have done a wonderful job of annual servicing it. Their technicians are well trained and extremely neat. Today Marcus was out again for the annual service. He is the most caring and detailed tech. He explains EVERYTHING so well. You can tell they really care for their customers.

The only reason it isn't a 1 star is because of the Tech Allen they sent out to help. Allen did amazing work every time he was here. The customer service is no customer service, I got more updates from the the tech over the past 3 months than the office! I used Paulson because there was a sticker on our GEO unit. We just bought the house and new to Mitchell. I have been waiting on a pump now for 3 weeks, well I found it @ the local store, installed it and it took me all of 15 minutes. So I'm really confused as to what the hold up was in getting this replaced.

Marcus installed a new thermostat for us. He was very professional and polite. He took time to explain what we were getting and made sure we knew how to use the thermostat. We also had Jacob at our home a few weeks previous to service the furnace. He was equally efficient and professional.

Have used Paulson for semi-annual maintenance for the last 5 years. This year they recommended replacement - and we knew the system was old so we went with their recommendation. Paulson Air was there from Financing to Installation. FTL Financing made all this possible through Microf and Morgan Forrest. With the unity between these four companies I got approved. My credit at this stage is horrible I was actually expecting not to get approved as was the case with any other financial institutions but my mindset was what do I have to loose. I got disapproved through FTL but they got me approved through Microf. The whole process and every representative I spoke to all made this happen in what seemed only like a day. The whole process is very easy and all companies involved are very helpful and full of wisdom and guidance to help you and your family stay warm through an emergency crisis such as the loss of a furnace. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned into a heart felt dream all thanks to Paulson Air, FTL, Microf, and Morgan Forrest. From getting approval for financing to installation it took only two days. Paulson Air has definitely gained a life long customer for years to come.

Recently the furnace in our business took a dive and needed replacing. We contacted Paulson Air who promptly came out and did not discuss unit replacement as much as analyze our system. They identified the causes of many of our heating/air conditioning problems. Our replacement unit was smaller and more efficient than the old one but required additional return air ducting. Since this unit services a commercial kitchen, needless to say dust and a mess was a concern. Brian Berens and his crew completed the job on time and when they were done there wasn't a sign of dust or dirt in the kitchen. The installation is neat and very professionally done and our furnace system is performing much better than the old one. Paulson Air truly are the professionals.

A radon test showed I had elevated levels of radon in my home. I was clueless on the issue and gave Paulson Air a call. They came out, explained the issue, and gave me a reasonable quote. When they installed the radon mitigation system in my house the process was much easier than I thought it would be. They were in and out in half a day and the end result looked clean and professional. I was happy with the result.

Couldn't be happier with the system and the install. I'm very particular about the quality of any work done at the house and Paulson's crew far exceeded my expectations. So rare to find any contractor who shows up on on time and keeps to the schedule stated. I can't say enough about this crew of guys working at Paulson's. I would recommend Paulson's to anyone looking for a new system or even just service work.

I had the ducts cleaned in 2 houses. The guys were very professional. Cleaned up any little mess they made. Great place to deal with.
