They provided me with prompt service and an accurate estimate.

Woke up Monday morning to find that my central air had stopped working overnight.  Called the number for Ralph's Heating and Air, and instead got Climate Control (apparently they bought the number from Ralph's).  I described the problem to them, and steps I had taken to attempt to resolve it (I checked the breakers, made sure battery's in thermostat were still good, etc), and they quoted a $89 service call fee.  I thought this was a bit high, but what was I to do.  They said they would have someone out as soon as possible, but they had quite a few calls today, as we were in the middle of the hottest and most humid week of the summer.  They did promise to get someone here today though.  They called at 11:15 to check to see if I was home, and were to my house within 10 minutes after that.  They quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the broken capacitor.  They also verified that there were no other problems (clean air filter, drain hose, coolant level, etc), and filled my coolant up.  Hans, the technician, explained everything that they were doing, gave me instructions on how to better clean by air conditioner, and gave me a detailed description of the bill and how much each portion cost.   <br /> <br /> Climate Control also gives several opportunities for discounts.  I received $10 off my bill just for putting one of their signs in my yard for a month.  Also they give gift certificates for  referrals, which I plan to take advantage.  They also offer a yearly maintenance plan, that I am considering taking advantage of. <br /> <br /> Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received.  I was caught off by the price, but I appreciated that they were upfront with that pricing as well.
