New HVAC System Installation We had a great experience with Hatfield Heating and Air Conditioning Co. Although it took about a week to get our new system installed, they made sure we were comfortable in the meantime by providing a window unit during the August summer heat, which we really appreciated. Every employee was friendly, professional and helpful. The installation was done well, and the price for the new system was very fair. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend them to others.

David was a blessing last night when my AC went out during a hot Nov Saturday. From the time I called them to the time David left after replacing a capacitor was less than an hour! I’m so glad I pay for the service plan because I especially do not like to be hot. Also, bc the unit is still under warranty, I didn’t have to pay anything which is an added bonus. Good job all around, Hatfield!

We had a new unit installed last fall. Over the summer we have had several issues with the unit but a repair technician was always there quickly to try to figure out the issue. After changing several parts, David came and spent an hour or more, after hours, to get our unit performing the way it should. Since David came out the unit has been working well with no issues. I would recommend Hatfield to anyone who needs to replace their HVAC unit.

We’ve utilized Hatfield several times from AC repair, replacement and installation of a mini split. The entire team has consistently been very polite and prompt and prices are always reasonable. Grateful to have found a reliable and trustworthy company for all our AC needs!

Allen came out this morning and did a complete diagnostic on our system to make sure it was running the right way he was meticulous friendly outgoing knowledgeable and very efficient! Highly recommend this company.

Coldest day of the year my heat stops working at 8pm. It was a brutal 59 degrees in my house. I called Hatfield and I was amazed at the quick and friendly service I received from David. He fixed the issue and went above and beyond. David showed me what the issue was as well as educated me on the heat pump which has never kicked on since I’ve owned my home. I’m excited to see lower winter bills in my future. Excellent experience with Hatfield. They definitely gained a new customer.

We’ve been using Hatfield for years and are never disappointed with our service! No matter when we call a Technician arrives within a few hours, if we even have to wait that long. Every interaction from Office Staff to Technician has always been great. Today Patrick & James were at my home and extremely patient, answered every question I had and explained what they were doing the whole time! If you need HVAC service definitely call Hatfield!!

David and Patrick were professional from the moment they arrived to the time they left. My questions were thought answered with the explanation that I could understand. They were very thorough with cleaning the unit outside and the unit in the attic. I give this team a 10. David has service my previous house and this house. It is always good to have him come back. This is the first time meeting Patrick, and would recommend him to anyone.

They went over and above to get my AC working. I called Tuesday morning, needed a new motor which had to be ordered, had cool air again by Wednesday afternoon. All in all a great experience.

R. Richardson My family and I have been using Hatfield Heating and Air Co. for decades. Everyone that is affiliated with the company is professional, nice and courteous. You are not hesitant to call because you know that you shall be treated with the upmost of friendly attitude to service you no matter what your needs are. Spoke this morning with Ms. Neicey she informed that technicians would come out to rectify the problem. Within less than an hour, Technicians David and Justin came out. They immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem. We are always so grateful for the manner in which these technicians serviced us royally. Truly I can say that there are some rude and uncaring people in this world; however have never experienced that situation with The Number One Guys from Hatfield Heating and Air Company!!!!!!!!

No relation but would claim them. I would love to holler a BIG shout out to Hatfield Heating and Air. My AC went out yesterday and I thought oh no, not on a Friday afternoon in this heat...long story short...I called (a real person) and the guys came within 45 minutes. They very professionaly and courteously made the repair and were on their way in 30 minutes. Good job! It is hard to find this type service these days and I am thankful. It was close to 100 degrees outside this day. Phew!

We called them at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon and they were here before seven. Fixed a clogged, leaking unit, cleaned the lines, and explained everything in easy terms. Technician David was personable and professional. Will definitely use again.

Mr.David came to my home very friendly, explained the service being done very clearly and offered good tips on my unit. Very. Very pleased with the service, definitely going to be a lifetime member.

Had an issue with my outside unit, Hatfield came out same day to diagnose the problem. Had the part the next day and had unit up and running in an hour. Everyone I have dealt with at Hatfield are professional and extremely friendly. Would recommend them everyday of the week!
