Mike Hall dis a great job with my semi annual furnace/ac cleaning. He checked both inside and outside to make sure the systems and drains were in working order. He placed the order for the UV Blub and I got the call for serving appointment before he was out of the driveway. Thanks Swift. Mike is a good representative of your company.

Brian was here on a yearly maintenance check up. He was efficient, courteous, explained everything he had checked and recommended only one small item to consider but wasn’t an emergency issue. I have a lot of confidence in Brian’s work, hope he is the tech that always comes for service

Swift by name, and definitely by nature! At first, I thought “Swift” was just their last name—but it’s also the perfect description of their service. Scheduling was a breeze. They could’ve come out the same day, but since it was rainy and not too hot, I chose the first appointment the next morning. I received a text with my technician’s photo and a call about 30 minutes before arrival—great communication! EJ, my technician, was kind, professional, and very respectful of my not-yet-settled, slightly messy home. He was well-spoken, got right to work after a brief friendly chat, and checked both the inside and outside components of the system. Believe it or not, he didn’t find anything wrong. He mentioned it could be an intermittent issue, but rather than guessing or upselling me on unnecessary repairs, he was honest and transparent. That kind of integrity is rare and incredibly appreciated—especially in a specialized service industry. Tom, who was with EJ, handled the sales side but was equally knowledgeable. He patiently answered my (many) questions and explained what could be going on with the system. He also introduced me to their Comfort Club, which is genuinely a great value. For $199/year, they service your HVAC twice, waive all diagnostic fees (no limits), and give you 20% off repairs. Plus, their regular service fee is only $49—lower than most I've seen. Since my house tends to get warm in the evenings, they showed me what to check and encouraged me to call when it happens again. I hesitated at the thought of after-hours fees, but Tom said, “Join the club, and there won’t be a fee.” Simple and smart. I wholeheartedly recommend Swift Services. I'd gladly refer them to single moms, college students, or anyone who may feel unsure or overwhelmed when facing appliance issues. No pressure, no scare tactics—just trustworthy, efficient service. Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ.

Beware Swift Services. $24,000+ for a 1800 sq. ft.house HVAC. The are deceptive and untrustworthy. They took advantage of us during a cold spell telling us our outside unit was not working and we were on emergency power. They could do a temporary fix but we needed a need system. We agreed to the new system and was quoted in the area of $12,000+ (way over priced it turns out should have been no more than $8,000). Put a contract on a tablet in front of me to sign. I trusted then and signed, my mistake. They increased the capacity of the unit without telling me. Why? This led to the need for new duct work. Verbal estimate: $3,000. Billed: $10,000+. Excuse: their salesman mis-spoke. Stuck the contract infant of me on may way to an appointment. I signed trusting the estimate was legit. It wasn't.

This is our second time to have work done by swift. I will continue to call them because they actually show up & work. The work that’s been done is 5star the technicians are educated and have a work ethic. Yes they pull permits & have their work checked! Our outstanding technicians were James & Javiel. They tore out & installed all ductwork under our home in three days. It has made a world of a difference in our home. Thank you guys for taking care of us & making our home a lot more comfortable. I highly recommend the yearly service program. It has paid off for us.

A+ AC now Swift came to my home for a $79 checkup on my working AC system. When two guys left the system no longer worked. The tech that came out said the board, thermostat, and transformer were shot. They sabotaged them in my opinion. I would stay away from this company.

WARNING LIARS AND THIEVES! I called to have my ac fixed the outside unit wasn't coming on. I am remodeling the inside of the house and told them they wouldn't be able to come inside due to this. I was told that was no problem. They arranged for somebody to come out for $99 service call. EJ Francis Swift technician gets here in an unmarked van and sits in the van for half an hour after he gets here. Then he finally makes his way to explain that he's here to fix the unit. That he wants to go in the house first. Explained that I had already told them the new one could go in the house for insurance purposes and remodeling. He tells me well if he can't go in the house then he can't do the work because he has to be able to go in and out. I told him that's not what I was told when I made the arrangements. So then I had to call the office when when he sees I'm calling the office of course he decides to call his manager. He's supervisor tells him that he can check the outside unit and see if there's anything he can do with the outside unit even though he can't go inside the house. To do this I'd still be charged the $99 service fee. It's 85° in the house so of course I'm trying to get something done. So he goes and fiddles with the outside units he takes one thing over there that has gauges and hoses on it. Looks around for maybe 15mins Then it comes around and asks if the house is calling the outside unit. Like I would have any clue as to what that meant so I had to ask him. He explained that that meant the unit was on and was lower than it was in the house. I told him it would have to be considering it was 85°. The unit was on 68 and it was 85° in the house because the outside units not coming on. So he goes back around doesn't say a word to me when I tell him this. Another 15 minutes goes by with him doing God knows what. He then comes around and tells me well it's going to be inside there's going to be a plugged up unit inside and the fuses need replaced inside. So I said fine he says there's nothing I can do today until I can get inside the house. I pay the $99 for the service fee. Then I look up where the fuses are to be able to replace the fuses possibly myself. I find out the fuses are next to the outside box that he was just working on so he point blank light in my face! Also how can you possibly know that it's a plugged up anything inside the house if you couldn't get inside the house because he certainly didn't go under the trailer to look and see if there was anything going on there. That would have been way too much work! So I called Swift angry after find out he lied to my face! I called to cancel my future tune up that I had arranged for September and I was told that I was going to have the supervisor he's supervisor called me as soon as possible she said she was going to make sure that he got to me ASAP. It is 10:31 tonight p.m. and this took place at around 2:00 p.m. I still have not heard from any supervisor. This company obviously it's just out to make money lie to your face and they don't care at any level! I wouldn't recommend you bothering with them keep going!

EJthe Swift technician was very polite and professional! He completed his examination and suggested a germicidal ultraviolet light system to prevent mold from growing on our unit in the attic. We agreed and EJ installed the new system. EJ checked our filter and noted that it needed changing and installed a new filter for us. I would recommend Swift Services and EJ!
