Chris was our technician and he was terrific as always. He’s been to our residence for annual maintenance twice now and is knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to explain things after a thorough maintenance of our mini split system.

Eli was amazing to deal with yesterday. Patient with our dogs and my very elderly grandmother. Answered my multiple questions with intelligence. Very capable and didn't even scoff at the terrible crawlspace.

They have been to my house several times for the same issue. My Master bedroom unit was not working. They send out inexperienced techs who are very nice but really don't know what they're doing. They continue to charge me every time they come out replacing things that don't need replaced. Finally, the last tech figured out that the drain was clogged. I will never use them again!

Whoever is driving truck 63 today, needs their license taken away. I was driving on 501, when this driver decides to come into my lane WITH NO TURN SIGNAL AND NO SPACE FOR HIM TO GET OVER, an inch away from hitting my car with my toddler in it!! If it wasn’t for me slamming on my breaks at the right time, he would have hit me. The man could have caredless that he could’ve caused an accident on a very busy road. He continued to smoke his cigarette and play on his phone, all in one hand, as he was driving. This is very unprofessional for a business to have drivers who are blatantly careless on the road. Utterly unacceptable.

North Strand has been servicing our short term rental for a few years. We recently had an emergency situation at 10 pm on a Saturday night. I received a call at 10:15 that Mike could stop in and help sort things out. He not only got things up and running but also flushed and fully serviced our system. Thank you for helping us and our guests!

Wow! North Strand Heating & Cooling is amazing. When my heat suddenly went out 2 days before Christmas I reached out to a local realtor friend for repairman recommendation. I am so glad he recommended North Strand for our needs - they were great. In my experience, it is all too uncommon for vendors like this to be timely and professional. North Strand was great - showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly every step of the way, and never tried to hide the ball with costs and fees. The repair was done very promptly. I have every confidence that if further work is required that these folks will stand by their product. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

North Strand has been my HVAC contract service for the last several years, after two previous services just couldn't get it right. Now all leakages and mismatches are sealed up, the home stays comfortable year round, and my peak electric bill is notably smaller. I couldn't be more pleased.

North Strand does a wonderful job meeting all our HVAC needs. Their staff is wonderful and always willing to help out anytime of day or night! North Strand Mechanical handles the A/C for our church and school. We have a mixture of old and new units. They are very knowledgeable and work with us according to our budget. They are always professional and on time. Tony has been great to work with and I highly recommend them!

I own several commercial buildings in the Murrells Inlet area. I have been working with North Strand Mechanical under contract for 3 years. I feel secure knowing that they have all the background information on my HVAC units. They are super responsive when I do have an issue. Their office is organized, and I have a contact person I can call on for detailed explanations, as well as the technician. I have not yet been disappointed in response time nor price. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone with commercial buildings.

We have experienced problems with our HVAC system almost since our new home was built. Four service calls and replacement of sensors and still had prob!ems. We were referred to North Strand. They came out the same day we called and attempted to correct the problem, with some success. We called them back and Mitchell came out and spent over an hour going through the system while explaining everything to me. He made some significant adjustments and said call back if we experienced any other problems but he felt the system was not initially set up correctly and He made adjustments. He was right! We recently replaced our 20 year old AC unit. These guys were prompt and very professional. Our new unit works great! They even made a follow up call. I would definitely use them again!

Mike came out on the 4th of July. My system went ary the night before. We had a bad lightning storm & we lost electricity. When the power came back on my heat pump would only hum. We had no AC. Thanks for mike coming out on this holiday!! Me,my family, and of course Duke, were starting to get cold air pumping. I am disabled and COPD. Mike and northern are people I trust and always recommend them to my neighbors.

Hunter was very knowledgeable on advising which HVAC unit would be the most efficient for my sun room taking in consideration midday sun. He has also followed up weeks later to make sure I was satisfied, and whether I had any questions. His down to earth friendliness, and professionalism won me over. NSM is a great company to work with! They put a new indoor coil in one of my systems and replaced a warranty blower motor that went bad in another unit. They were on time, cleaned up and my systems have been working well!
