We have always enjoyed excellent service from the techs @ Conway & this recent service experience was no exception. During a preventive maintenance call, our tech, Ryan Griffin, discovered an issue. Lloyd was straight forward on pricing and work that needed to be done. The old unit was over 40 years, so we had the ductwork completely replaced along with the new unit. They are great! Our heat pump quit working, I had another company out who couldn't find anything wrong with it but told me I was low on Freon, had a leak somewhere, most likely needed a new unit etc. They also wanted another 350$ in addition to the 99$ paid to them for coming out. The 350$ would be to search for a leak (not repair, and not look for other problems). That was more money than I was willing to spend, so I asked around and decided to call Conway Air. They got back to me right away to schedule. They were on time and my heat was back on in a matter of minutes. It turned out that there was a melted high voltage wire from a loose connection and that was why the heat pump quit. They said my Freon level was fine and there was no reason to suspect a leak. They charged me around $150 for everything. It is also important to note that prior to the unit quitting, we had smelled a burning plastic smell in the house. The first company said that this was just the emergency heat panel kicking in. Obviously, it was the melted wire! Thank you Conway Air, we will call next time we need service!

It went well. On the day of installation they arrived on time and completed the work in 4.5 hours. They left the work site clean. Compared to ARS $2000.00 cheaper for identical equipment.

Serviceman arrived on time and performed installation as required.

All-in-all I was very happy with the service I received. He was about 15min late (I was told that someone would be out here at 8am when I made the appointment) however he did call around 8:10am to confirm that he would be here in about 5 min. Other than that things went very well. He gave me some suggestions on how I might be able to get a new system (it's 30+ years old but I have a home warranty so I'm stuck waiting on it to break and for my home warranty to confirm that it's "broken beyond repair" to replace it), he was very friendly and professional, the office sent me my e-receipt within 2 hours, etc. I've used this company in the past and am planning to continue using them in the future.

Job when very smooth no issues Tech's did a great job very neat and professional.

They did a fantastic job! They came out the same day I called them, and were able to get everything taken care of quickly. They've become my go-to guys for any heating or A/C issues. I can't say enough good things about them.

Conway installed this system in our new house about 2 years ago and the work has always been top notch. This was an annual inspection of 2 heat pumps and 2 gas furnaces. The technician was thorough, spending about an hour on the system.

The men they sent out to do the job were great on time, they out a cloth down before they started working and had the job done so fast we were surprise. They cleaned up after and you wouldn't even know they were here except for the new unit. They are great.
