Carolina Cool did a fantastic job installing our new Trane heat pump and air handler unit. Jeff and Michael were the installers and I couldn't be more pleased with there professionalism and courtesy. Jeff, the team lead, communicated exactly what they were doing, explained how they would be proceeding and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Both installers stayed on task and finished in a timely manner. I should also mention Tim, the sales representative who came to my house and provided me with several options and proposals for me to choose from. He was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough explaining every aspect of the job. I would recommend Carolina Cool to anyone needing HVAC services!!

very bad experience. I called Carolina cool to clear a main line blockage from my home to the sewer. The representative came to my home on memorial day, spent a couple of hours, claimed their was a blockage he could not clear with a snake, stated "it feels like I am hitting cement". He wanted to bring in a jet machine or possibly dig up my front lawn. He even laid on my front lawn trying to hear the line snake under the lawn. I decided to not take his advice and call another vendor. The other vendor came in and inserted the line snake by hand for the first 35 feet, connected his machine, and immediately cleared the blockage. It took him less than 10 min once he started inserting the snake.

They did an excellent job.

The only reason I have remained with Carolina cool is because Brandon has serviced us for quite awhile now. He is truly a cut above all the others who work there.. He is very reputable. I wish I could say the same for some of their supervisors. Brandon is not only polite and respectful he truly does his job properly and doesn't look to add expenses to his service to us. I think Brandon is a great example for this company... they should have more like him. I will only have Brandon do work for us. Keep up the good work Brandon. The girls in your office are very special also. Always polite.

It took 3 separate days and 3 different plumbers to install it correctly. 1st try installed it wrong, second try it leaked 3 try finally got it right.

After a month of dealing with a home warranty company and another local vendor with no results, your team stepped up and resolved the issue in 36 hours. Marion , Joseph and Philip were professional and friendly. Explained everything they were doing and why. Marion even went so far as to get us a couple of window units to get us through until the repairs were done when he saw it was 84 degrees inside the house. Great customer service. We recently had Carolina Cool install a new HVAC system and we were so impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and thorough they were. We wanted the Unit in our Attic moved to a location that made it easier to work on and we also wanted the Unit outside moved from the side of our house to out back. Geoff, the salesman came several times for measurements, etc. and brought a contractor with him to verify what could be done with the job. He also came back with the two guys that were installing the units and the Electrician to make sure that all were informed of exactly where the units were to be moved to. The two men that installed our Unit, Steve and Ivan, were wonderful. Steve was the senior installer and the amount of knowledge that he had was so impressive.... and so nice to see. He worked meticulously to ensure that everything was hooked up correctly, checked all the existing duct work, added a new/additional return at the other end of the house, labeled everything.... so detailed and efficient. Both were men were so professional and knowledge and so polite! We had used another company for the past 9 years and were constantly disappointed. We will now be using Carolina Cool for everything. We also found out that they do plumbing and electrical work too.

They were quick, reasonable, found the problem in a very short time, and I am very pleased with their service.

work seems ok but Iam annoyed being charged "limited access fpr being on the second floor. I have had this apartment since 1993 had several vendors do work there and have never been charged this way. Even here on Long Island there is no such charge.Iam 700 miles away and have not seen the results as yet

The system stopped working less than 24 hours after the repair, but someone came out to fix it over the weekend at no additional charge. Happy that we have cool air again during the heat wave!

I would recommend this company and I would defiantly use them again if needed. The company sent Oscar to look at my HVAC and Harley (and Dawson) for my Water Heater. I will request them to come back if I need any other repairs done. They were on time, friendly, professional and did a great job fixing both of my issues quickly.

County inspector was just here yesterday and everything passed inspection. Carolina Cool has been servicing us for 6 years. They are professional, show us when they say, and don’t leave a mess. We are happy with them.
