Can’t say enough good things about this company! My husband works & is good friends with Cameron, he recommended Infinity air to us last summer 2025 after our AC had went out in the heat of summer and we had had numerous other company’s out with no solution and weeks of dealing with no AC, they came out and fixed the issue to fast and super affordable. Today I called them when I woke up to no heat in our master bedroom.. Natalie & Mike came out same day and got the issue resolved in less than an hour. They are hands down the best HVAC company in the area! If you are needing skilled, caring professionals who will treat you like family look no further!

Used them to install a new HVAC less than 2 years ago. Went well until there was an actual issue with the unit less than 2 years later. Calls for service were inadequately addressed and I believe it is because of the warranty. They don't want to do the work since the unit is under warranty still. Their technician "fixed" the problem without checking whether or not the unit was working properly.I have filed a BBB complaint against them. Other company worked for hours to solve the issue they "fixed" and left. Cannot recommend them.

LOVE these guys! I have been using them for a couple of years now to install and service my PTAC unit and an Ecobee smart thermostat. They are super friendly, efficient, reliable, very responsive, reasonable and most importantly, they actually will explain everything to you before they start work. I highly recommend them and their services. I would not use anyone else!

These guys are amazing. They installed duct work in my attic, and we're kind enough to help me remove and seal off the old duct work under the house to eliminate the odor. We’ve had more than one excellent experience working with Infinity Air, but our most recent was downright remarkable. They were like first responders as they pushed for parts amid shortages and then walking up many flights of stairs to install the part after the hurricane took out the elevator power, all to keep my closing from falling apart. I had an emergency situation with 8 of my units without power from a surge. Infinity “worked” me in. They arrived, assessed the problem, and had power restored quickly. They were willing to stay until the job was completed. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs a professional, reputable, and also caring team for their electrical or HVAC needs.

They sold us a used unit that doesn't work correctly. They lied and told us it was new and overcharged us. Our quests are constantly complaining because the unit does not remove moisture. They have been out and tell us nothing is wrong however the unit does NOT expell condensation. Over $2000 for a unit that doesn't work. I'm a Myrtle Beach resident..have met with them a couple of times, they refuse to replace and apparently can't repair the unit.

Came clear to Pennsylvania to install a new furnace for us. Within a week he ordered a new one and had it shipped to my home. Flew in amd within 30 mins had it installed! Works great and even called to make sure everything was still running good! I highly recommend their service!!

Michael and Rhonda are the best! They were very informative on my condenser and air handler They were both wearing mask and practicing CDC guidlines. My unit is very old, hopefully it will hold out a little longer. I do know that when it gives out I will have Infinity Air and Heating replace the unit. Infinity Air assessed our need, installed the appropriate a/c sized unit and thermostat. They were very professional and prompt, keeping their promises. The installation was neat a d clean. We highly recommend Infinity Air for your a/c needs.

Over the Christmas holiday we had heating issues at home and at my girlfriends business. I called 4 different places and either no one answered or a computer answered it. Infinity Air was next on the list to call and thought here we go another dud. Well I was wrong, my call was politely answered, I stated my issues and gave addresses to both places, and was told they would be there shortly. They showed up at the business and got the heat working, then followed me to my house and got the heat going there. Very thorough, very informative and very polite. Thank you again.
