Rodney, the tech serviced the unit for the winter. Next he went into the attic and within minutes identified the issue with the drain pan and drain line. Another visit is already scheduled this week to correct the problem

1st Choice been our first choice for about a year now, with Lance for our HVAC, and now Russell for the removal of 7 years of grease that completely blocked the drain line from one end of our house to the other. Above and beyond doesn't fully describe the superior job he did restoring service to our washing machine, dishwasher and sink! Great work and great people with the knowledge and skill to get the job done RIGHT! Knowledgeable, easy going and friendly!

Chris Shadd provided our Fall Maintenance service on our HVAC system. He was very thorough. He explained what service he did. He also mentioned that a pipe was clogged, which could have resulted in water issues later. Thankfully, he was able to unclogged it.

It went well and I am pleased with the services and I would recommend to others.

The service was great. They showed up on time. The price was great and I have no issues with the company.

Conducted thorough inspection of old units, walked me through and explained what the problems were, listened to my requirements, and provided me several options.  Written quote was provided in one day.  Then called the manufacturer and found out rebates, and discounted the rebate from my price.  Equipment was promptly ordered, and installers showed up on time to do the work.  The crew was great, and took care to protect my wood floors and carpet when bringing in and removing equipment.  They showed me how to program new thermostats, and cleaned up completely--removed old equipment, drain pans, and duct work, and vacuumed where they had to make wall cuts.  The units have been working for a month now, keeping everything nice and cool, and no issues at all. <br /> <br />
