We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Marshall worked with my schedule and called when he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair, and made reasonable recommendations based on our budget. I would highly recommend Marshall!

Marshall and team installed 3 top of the line Trane heat pumps for me. They were very professional and courteous. They all showed up on time did great work and cleaned up each day. Everything went extremely well, it is nice to work with honest people who know what they are doing and charge a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Prompt and professional service. Came on busy weekend within a couple hours after I called--worked me in between his scheduled calls. Quickly diagnosed the issue and had my AC back up and running.

Their customer service is truly amazing, and their prices fair! They even answer silly questions with a smile! They even made a special trip to my house on Saturday since they were fully booked the next week (and installed the ordered part by making room in the fully booked week).

He called to let me know he could come earlier than our appointment if that would work for my schedule. We decided to have him provide regular maintanance for our heating and air conditioning systems because we trust his knowledge and his integrity. His prices are very fair. Carolina Climate Control is a smaller local AC/Heating company that we are pleased to have discovered! We had an issue with our <br /> son's room not getting as cool as the rest of the house in the hot weather. I got four different quotes- and all providers had a different idea as to how to fix the problem. Marshall's quote was the last one, and I thought he had the right idea as to how to fix the issue, and it was one of the two more reasonably-priced quotes. It worked, and we were very pleased with his knowledge and skill. We are about to have him install a mini-split system and will review that as well once the work is completed. <br />

We initially contacted Marshall at Carolina Climate control during the summer of 2015 after one of our AC units went out.  We had quotes from another large HVAC servicer in the area who recommended replacing both of our 10 year old units.  Marshall promptly came by to look at our units and changed out a capacitor and cleaned out the drainage pipe at a minimal cost.  Impressed by his thoroughness, professionalism, and honesty, we signed up for a service contract on our units.  A few months later our other unit went out.  After evaluating the unit, Marshall showed us exactly what was wrong with the compressor and walked us through the process of making a decision on how to replace our unit.  He was very patient, very informative, and gave us time to do our own research.  We ultimately decided to replace the unit and HVAC.  His team was quick, thorough, and did a great job.  We are happy with the new unit and when the time comes to replace the other one, we'll definitely be looking to Marshall and his team. <br />

My AC unit started making a horrible rattling sound. I was worried that the compressor was going out and that the repairs were going to be costly. I called and talked to Marshall and told him that I was really concerned about the noise it was making. He came by that night, after hours, and took a look at it. He quickly diagnosed the source of the noise and showed me what the problem was. He took care of it on the spot and it hasn't made a noise since. The prompt, honest service was very relieving. I will definitely call him again next time. <br />

<p>Started a service contract with Carolina Climate Control after they serviced our parents' HVAC unit. Marshall arrived promptly and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Rates are fairly priced at $150 for two service visits throughout the year, $100 for the additional unit. He communicated his findings very clearly and made great recommendations to make simple upgrades of our smoke detectors to combination CO/smoke detectors without trying to sell us more stuff. He evaluated our old two-stage unit and a newer one-stage and made recommendations for future service, including capacitor replacement at some point in the future and total replacement of the 30-year-old unit. Provided quotes for mid-range and high-end Trane replacements, also very fairly priced. Since the first service appointment, I have e-mailed him with general questions about heating and air and he has been very quick to respond.</p> <br />
