My HVAC unit quit working with temperatures in the 90's. I made an appointment, and Bakers updated me via text so I would know precisely when the technician would arrive. The technician was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He found and resolved the HVAC issue in short order. Pricing is very reasonable. I recommend this company without reservation.

Work was professional and detail oriented. The appearance of the completed project was esthetically pleasing. Matt Causey and Tyler Morgan did an excellent job.

The tech installed a new garbage disposal but did NOT knock out the in disposal hose for dishwasher and was not out (removed). I had to place another service call to Sears to fix the dishwasher cause it did NOT drain. I had called Baker's tech to let him know that the dishwasher wasn't draining and he said he did everything correct. NOT!!! I would never use Baker's again because they did not do the job right and I had to pay another tech to finish the job!!!

Clean cut well groomed and wore safety masks and boots. would hire again in a heartbeat. Showed me the burnt out device that had no power. Replaced it with a new one. Nothing to hide.
