Great, Jon was great to work with and he followed up on the installation. It was painless.

I do not want to speak very badly of this company,but give a few things, so i will say that they charged us 115 dollars for batteries to be put in an ac unit in the Richland county area.They were at our condo to do work at regency park and charged  hundreds of dollars,it never fixed the problem. I spoke to Rick or Jon when they were at the house and he stated  he was going to go,pack up,"I don't care" and not fix this unit. He wanted more money and did not diagnosed that right the first time and we are too intelligient to keep poppoing off another 400;00 dollars for them to experiment so I believe he was not competent enough for that job. Another second opinion company went out and stated right off what needed to be done and gladly the tenant did not get sick from the conditions in the home that -Midstate did not fix. I was told by another tenant that they told her not to call them anymore for another job they had to return and do.I had an complaint from an owner about them. We need professionals around tenants,etc. They went to kathleen court and had water damage there from the unit that was suppose to be fixed,so we had the floor replaced by another company,but their insurance did pay for it. <br />  When you leave a job not fixed in bad weather as this was done and say you don't care,we do not want to refer them to no one as this can put people in a compromising position. I do not want them around any of our properties again and I am glad that this angies list evaluation came up today so others can be aware of the experience that we had with them. We paid them a lot of money when we first used them,but we seen services,attitude and prices get worse over the time and we paid them well,but someone else is getting the thousands of dollars now. We do not fix heating and air so we are not in competition with them.No doubt they will rebuttle to try to make things look a certain way,but i have the tenants email as well as mine also.This was very unprofessional. I see their truck from time to time,but i go the other way,Thanks <br />

They showed up on time and completed the work in a half day.  They put tarps down to protect my floors and did not damage my house at all.  They explained how the new programmable thermostats worked and set them prior to leaving. <br />

See above.  Felt very comfortable with them inside my home.  Very trustworthy. <br />
