We had our HVAC System replaced by AAA on 1-26-26. The entire process from start to finish was quick and painless. They called me just a few moments after I inquired on a Sunday! Rusty came to look at our faulty system and take measurements. He was polite, professional, and on time! He showed me everything and was very informative. He walked us through the financing process and they were able to get us financing even with my very poor credit score. Their prices are more affordable than other companies I’ve contacted. My monthly payment is lower than I expected! They were able to schedule the installation just 3 days after receiving my down payment. The installation guys were also on time and polite. The day after the installation, someone came to inspect it to make sure everything was done properly and working as it should. He was on time and polite as well. I’ve only had my unit for a day and a half but so far, I’m happy and I have no complaints.

Had great team Mr. Jay having very care of me. He to make sure that everything was great. His was very nice and share that I was good with everything. AAA had very people working for them, My new Generac just waiting on power gas now.

Excellent service! Everyone I’ve talked to and met have been great! My AC has never felt so good! I highly recommend AAA Heating and Air. Brian is a very knowledgeable technician and does the job right! Charles did a very thorough inspection. Chuck was very helpful with duct work sales and the team that did my duct work were very detailed and efficient.

Had an entire American Standard HVAC installed with upgraded ducts and return, new zone motors, and WiFi thermostats that are second to none. Polite, knowledgeable, and courteous in every respect. Their warranty is unbelievable. You may find a cheaper system but you can’t buy a better one. Thanks for a flawless transition.

Our upstairs unit needed replacing so we called AAA. They were pleasant, quick, and efficient. One week later our downstairs unit fell apart. Again, we called AAA. They came out the next day and had a our second new unit installed the day after that. This all happened a week before the “ice storm”. AAA worked with us and made having to purchase 2 brand new units painless for us. The repairmen, the “salesmen”, the installers, and the inspectors were each professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with AAA and highly recommend them to others!!

They Got me financed, great customer service, salesman was tremendously knowledgeable on the products he represented. Instalation was fast and the 2 installers were very courteous and thorough. Overall was a great experience! I would Highly recommend AAA Heating and Air.

I had an outlet moved so my oven would fit in the space. And the gentleman that came over was very nice and professional and he knew exactly how to fix the situation. He was on time. I felt the rate I was charged was quite reasonable. I am very happy with this experience. Thank you.

Ishine renovations came out to me early this morning. The young man was very nice, patient and informative. He assisted with an issue I’ve been having for months and told me what he would be doing prior to started as well as gave me details before during and after completing. I’d definitely recommend their services .

AAA gave exceptional customer service while installing a brand new HVAC system in our home. All workers were kind and double checked with us about everything, including where we wanted our vents in the floor to be. They started around 930 am and finished around 5pm. Cleaned up their messes and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Definitely recommend AAA heating and air!

12/18/25 UPDATE: MY UNIT WAS REPAIRED TODAY. The salesman sent the service manager out on 12/17 to assess the unit. And the technician came out the next day!!! As for the initial review those issues were resolved to both parties satisfaction. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE WAS SATISFACTORY!! I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM FIXING MY CONCERNS!!!!

I informed the tech that two rooms upstairs were cold however he explored around and indicated an area on another unit that was of no concern needed freon with a cost of $4,600. I said No thanks. Overall, he must had forgotten what I initially called for as he was leaving I had to hurry outside and ask him why was those rooms upstairs cold and he said his machine (something that he pointed at the vent) read 112 and there's no issue. I had to pay for the service call and the rooms are still cold so looks like I will have to have a word of mouth company to come back out because I found this company online without fact finding. Thus, the installer asked to use my bathroom and later after he left as I always clean my bathroom there was a small drawing of a ghost appearance on the wall. Last week there was a disrespectful image posted of the former president and wife that flooded the Internet and I'm not certain what this is about.

Technician was very personable and listened to my concerns. He addressed them all while explaining everything he was going to do. Parts were reasonably priced,but the labor rate was outrageous.

Travis completed an impromptu service call per my request, and he remedied the problem! Travis is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I Appreciate the Spectacular Customer Service. I Highly Recommend AAA Heating and Air, without hesitation! Thanks so much!

The technician was very thorough, explaining everything he was doing and any recommendations for my system. I signed up for the service contract which is very reasonably priced and gives me peace of mind that my HVAC system will always be kept in good working condition. I also had a bipolar ionizer, an air purifier, which is important to me because I have dogs.

My heat went out. Even though they were booked solid, they sent the service manager out. He evaluated the situation, determined a part was needed and had a repair person come out with the part, l covered under warranty. I bless the day I called them about my air conditioner. They are extremely customer oriented!!

Eric came out on a call for no heat . He checked out the gas pack unit. I told him that an order for a replacement gas valve had been placed last week. He called office to check on it and said to me that he would stay on top of it. That was yesterday. This morning I received a text the part was in and service was scheduled for tomorrow. Later in the day, Eric called me to see if I had heard anything about the part. Eric is wonderful and dedicated . I hope Call Dad realizes what a valuable employee he is.

A company that puts the customer first, where a handshake means something, old time values in modern times. AAA crews have a work ethic that is rare in these days in time. I know this sounds like a commercial but I couldn't be more please with the way AAA handled the replacement of my 2 units. First we replaced the gas pack in Dec of 2018 and then we had to replace our upstairs unit this April. When Billy (our installer) and his crew showed up they got to work immediately. Everyone knew what they were supposed to do. They wasted no time installing the gas pack. When they were finished installing the gas pack they cleaned up so well. Nothing was left behind, you wouldn't know anything was done. No scraps of paper, pieces of wire,,, nothing. Fast forward to April, Billy and crew installed the upstairs unit. Once again everything was perfect. AAA is a fantastic company to do business with. Billy and crew, Roy and all..Thank you!
