Steven was a lifesaver! Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year right as the snow started falling. We started off calling HVAC repair locations closest to our house, but they all said it would be at least 24 to 48 hours until they could get someone to our location. Luckily I found First Call Heating & Cooling. Steve was at our place really quickly. He promptly diagnosed the problems (shorted wiring and a blown transformer) and had the necessary replacement parts on hand. He had our heat up and running again in no time. He is clearly very knowledgeable and was quite courteous, even while working in hour attic when it was 20°F. 😃 Also, the price was really reasonable for a weekend emergency call. Steve will definitely be the First Call we make in the future if we have any other HVAC issues.

Turned what I was told by a company was a full unit replacement with no other option (I literally put window units in because I thought there was no other option and at the time I couldnt afford it) to a working HVAC unit when he wasn't even called there for that! My heat wasn't working and he replaced my thermostat and i just let him take a peek at my HVAC.. he got it working by the next day. Literally the best HVAC experience I’ve had as a girl who clearly can be swindled into believing I needed to replace my entire HVAC system.

They’re the best! We called because our A/C was not functioning properly during the recent humid days and Steven came out quickly on a Friday evening and fixed our A/C unit in under an hour. It was so refreshing to finally feel the cool air in our home! He was very professional, polite, efficient and up front about pricing. I will never use another ac company. Steven came after hours on an emergency call and had the parts to fix my ac problems on hand. I asked a lot of questions since I’m a first time home owner and he was very knowledgeable and very kind. He didn’t try to sell me anything or push for anything I didn’t need, this is forever a local business I will use. I highly recommend first call I can’t thank him enough for setting my mind at ease.

I would HIGHLY recommend First Call Heating and Cooling to anyone with an HVAC problem. Steven was awesome, he’s a very professional guy who knows his stuff as well as being fair and upfront about pricing. Within less than an hour of me placing the call (~8pm) he made it to my house, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. I will be using him from here on out for any HVAC problem I have.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working and we were told by another company it needed to be replaced. I called Steven because his reviews were good. I’m so happy I called! Hands down, the best HVAC company in town. He was the only company that was willing to send someone out to help us on a Sunday. We had a weird unit so he couldnt get it up until Monday but he did everything he could to help us Sunday. He did do everything he said he was going to do to get us the best deal he could. Was given Steven’s contact info from a member of my family when I called them complaining about an issue I had with my heat on a very cold night. She strongly advised that I give Steven a call and that he would take care of it if he could. After talking with him and describing my issue he directed me through the settings on my thermostats and we were able to get the system fixed over the phone on the first and second floor of my home. He was very knowledgeable and professional and taught me a lot about the system I have in place at home. We will definitely be using him in the future for any and all HVAC repairs and maintenance when that time comes.

Hands down would recommend. Not anyone’s expectation of having your air conditioning stop right before bed on a hot summer night but got service within a half hour and was up and running again within an hour. Highly recommend. Was responsive, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for saving me from a hot sticky night! They have a maintenance plan that’s perfect too to help prevent future issues. Highly recommend.

After discovering our A/C was not working during a heatwave, Steve went above and beyond to repair it that same day (and this was right before a holiday)! He explains the issue clearly and rectifies the problem quickly. No other company can compare. We've used his services in the past and would never consider anyone else. EVER.

Great service! They were actually the third place I called. I was just going down my google search in order. The others couldn’t get here until Monday afternoon/ my A/C had been out for a few hours and it was already 87 in the house at 8:30am. I couldn’t wait that long/ First Call was here in less than 30 minutes A/C was running within the hour. They saved my Sunday!

I had 2 different techs come out from different companies, they insured me I needed a new blower motor. Then I happened to come across Steven, he came out promptly and diagnosed my issue. My blower fan jamed itself into its housing, he took it free reset it properly, and charged me only an hour service fee. I was looking at hundreds if not a thousand dollars to fix it. I merely paid him his service fee and gave him a hefty tip. as he saved me a ton of money for others being lazy. On time, never complained about the heat nor did he show up looking like crawled out of a ditch to come to work.

Steven arrived about an hour after we called, quick and prompt! Steven was great! He explained everything to us and showed what needed to be done. Would refer this company to anyone, best customer service I have seen in awhile.

Came home to an 84° house. I called a few places and kept getting an automated system. I hung up. Then I called First Call. They should have been my first call for sure!! Steve came out at 8pm and fixed my issue quickly. Polite, fast, and reasonably priced!! Call them if you want an actual person!!!

Very speedy, listened to what I had to say, immediately gleened the issue and solved it fast with no drama. I cannot express how amazing and precise First Call was to my wife and I! After dealing with another AC Company and getting frustrated with wait times, I called First Call and everything was diagnosed and fixed within an hour from the moment I called. We had the AC out for more than a day struggling to keep the house cool. Especially with my wife being pregnant, we were in a panic. Steven showed up within 15 minutes and it was completely fixed no more than 30 minutes later. Literally like the name, this place should easily be your first call!! I don’t think it’s possible to beat this level of reliability and responsiveness. I can’t even mention how personable Steven was also. He literally acted as if it were his family in this situation. I cannot recommend this place enough, and this will be the only place I call for HVAC help from now on. It’s as simple as that!
