Quite literally couldn’t have had a better experience. From the lady who took our phone call to the man who came out. Came out last minute on a Saturday to fix our ac. They were SO nice & SO accommodating and very reasonably priced. I hope we don’t need them in the future but if (let’s be real, when) we do, we know who to call!

Our A/C unit broke on a Friday night. I called Precision on Saturday morning and spoke to Sarah. She was so sweet and sounded genuinely concerned about our situation. She gave me the best and worse case scenario. Best case they could possibly come same day worse case would be Monday afternoon. I called other companies just to see if someone could come same day. No one else listened or sounded as concerned, in fact I was told right away how much it would cost for them to come look at my unit. I know money is important, but Sarah made me feel like my family and our well being was more important. I’m glad we waited for Precision. They diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. Travis has built a great team of locals that care about their customers. Thank you, Sarah, Travis and Ethan!

Our air handler coil was leaking and full of mold. We had Precision Air install a new heat pump and air handler vs just replacing the coil. They also installed a uv light in the air handler to prevent the future mold issues in our new system. The new system has a 10 year warranty. Their service was excellent and communication via email and phone was prompt. They finished in one day. I highly recommend Precision Air.

The team at Precision Air HVAC Inc. is highly professional, courteous, quick to respond, and on-time. They have provided expert advice concerning our islands various HVAC systems, and preformed outstanding work on much needed upgrades/repairs all with excellent results to our indoor climate control issues and the money we spend to run them. Precision Air has installed and/or serviced my heat and air systems for the past few years. Their technicians come quickly when I have a problem, take time to explain the problem and solution, are very polite and professional, and pet my dog. I appreciate their service and wholeheartedly recommend them.

We are new customers and are very pleased with the service we received. Charlie is a first class service Tech and kept us informed as to when he should arrive. He serviced our unit and upon our request he came back a couple days later to install an ultra violet light. Completely satisfied.

Called and got quick same day service. Communication was clear up front pricing. Accurate time was given, when technician was able to arrive earlier they asked if it would be okay. A photo of the technician was sent so you know who is arriving. Travis was very knowledgeable and has years of experience. Able to quickly diagnose my system, correct the problem and thoroughly check everything.

July 2024 Anthony was very professional and a nice young man. He got our AC back up and running, despite the hunt for a needed part. Alot of computer systems were down that day, nation wide, and that caused quite an issue. Travis was able to find the part number, so that the store could locate the part manually. Great job by both gentlemen. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Jan 2025 We had Charlie this time. He replaced our heat pump defrost board and sensor. This happened during the "big snow". Very nice and professional young man. I will always use Precision Air. Karen

Would give 10 stars if I could! Deb has been super helpful with scheduling and I had the pleasure to meet the specialists Travis and Charlie. Very knowledgeable and great personalities. I've used this company twice so far and Precision Air is now my realtor's go to for HVAC needs. I will be using them from now on.

HVAC system is a little over a yr. old. I live out of town. For the past 3 weekends I have arrived at the house and the system is NOT working with internal temps of 90+ deg. Precision Air from the owner to techs come in work on it and say it's running now but can't pinpoint the problem. Totally unacceptable. Update: I'm told the brains of the system, PLC controller, is fried. That they can not replace until 4 days from now. In the mean time I'm suppose to stay in the house with avg temps greater than 90 deg.. I'm told to "have a good weekend" as he walks out the door. What has happened with service in this world? Precision Air who I thought would be a good partner at installation a yr ago has just turned into another bunch of hacks who could care less about how customers are left holding the bag as they go out the door.

GREAT Experience! Very good communications to set appointment (phone, and email confirmations), service professional was on time and very courteous and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and was able to repair within a short time, price was very reasonable and much better than we had been quoted by others.

Love this company! We found Precision Air one year ago. Recently, we had our AC stop working and of course it's 100 degrees daily and we're heading out of town but with a friend to stay our house. After calling Precision Air at 8 am, I received a text that they would be at the house same day! I know they squeezed us in! Travis came earlier than expected, which was perfect for us and the issue was resolved before we left town. My house sitting friend had a cool house to stay in! Precision Air treats their customers like family! I love them!

10 out of 10 recommend Precision Air Beaufort for all HVAC needs. The whole experience from calling them to being updated when the technician was coming. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions! Very grateful to find a reputable HVAC company I can trust.

My unit quit right before the 4th of July and Travis was very prompt at getting over here to diagnose the problem, then he ordered the parts on site and got right back here to get it fixed after he had the parts in hand!! Awesome service and he was extremely professional, as Well as the scheduler that I spoke to! Thanks again, Precision Air! All my AC needs will definitely go to you!

I had the company come in and install UV lights in my HVAC system. This kills germs and bacteria in the home by sanitizing the air. Travis not only did a great job but he installed my 2 nest thermostats and found a HVAC recovery system I didn’t know I had. He researched each unit and inspected them all. The next weekend he sent out Matt to do a thorough service of all parts and replace filters. We were happy enough with the service we bought an annual service contract. Travis was very honest and knowledgeable about the systems. His recommendations not only saved us money but improved the function of our units. We are very thankful. I would highly recommend for punctual and reliable service.

Precision goes above and beyond the call. Period. We entrust our home and business to Precision’s crack technicians. They show up on time, get the job done and go over every detail. On the first visit to our newly-renovated home they discovered and corrected a disastrous wiring issue. I cannot recommend them enough.

One of the most responsive and professional companies I've worked with! I called them after my outside AC system has failed. They came that same day and repaired the AC immediately! However, due to the old age of the AC (26 years old), the system finally gave up and died. I contacted them on a weekend and by Monday, I had a brand-new system installed with a reasonable price! Their customer service maintained close communication throughout and made sure I was satisfied the entire time! I'll be using them for all my AC services from now on!

We have two units at our home that have needed individual repairs on several occasions over the past year or so. What caught my attention on the very first service call with Precision Air was the quick response. I actually had the owner “Travis” come out on the same day I called. He diagnosed the problem and had the part on order that afternoon. Two days later, the new part was installed and we were back in business. Thank You Mr. Jackson! The other issues we encountered later (mostly with the other unit) were met with the same timelines and satisfaction as the first. I have to mention that, in addition to the excellent service, everyone on his team that I got to meet were extremely respectful and courteous, an added bonus in my opinion. Travis Jackson is running a great HVAC company. They are always on time for appointments and keep in touch. When one of our thermostats stopped working on a weekend, he came within an hour and fixed it. Can’t say enough good things about this business.

Blower unit went out on Sunday. No central air, glad i had a window unit. I called Precision Air and to my surprise Travis showed up later that day. He was very professional and really took care of my issue. Reasonably priced for a Sunday repair. Definitely an up and coming business in Beaufort. You will not be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about this company! We had to replace all our ducts and split our AC unit. The job ended up being much more difficult than what they quoted, but they stuck to their quoted price. You can tell they took pride in what they did and did a fantastic job! Everyone was very friendly and Travis is wonderful to work with. A+

We needed someone to come out and evaluate the condition of our ductwork. Someone came out the next day at no cost. We were not previous customers of Precision Air, but with customer service like that- we will be sure to use them for all our HVAC needs going forward.
