It was a pleasure to do business Brandon Loftis. He was prompt and worked with us to secure a Rheem heating and cooling unit at a good price. We were also very pleased with his assistant, Cruz, who worked non-stop, efficiently and politely. We highly recommend Loftis Heating and Cooling !

Wow! Loftis Heating and Cooling really came through for us. Our unit died on a Saturday. I contacted several local companies about installing a new unit. Brandon Loftis came out on Monday afternoon, explained everything in great detail, beat all other quotes in cost and in the timeframe to install the new unit. His crew was very professional. Brandon is amazing! He has worked on my personal home and a short term rental I manage and I couldn’t have better things to say about him. He was able to get out quickly to assess the issue, explain things in a manor that makes sense, get parts and make the repair happen in a timely manor. He came as a recommendation from our realtor and he’s now my top recommendation.

By far the fastest, friendliest service I've ever received!! Everyone else were booked out including Loftis, and he came right out within 15 minutes and had my AC repaired in under 10 minutes!! Very impressive!! Will be using them again and again!!!

Our AC stopped working and contacted Loftis Heating and Cooling who has worked on and serviced our home since 2021. Brandon said he would come on Monday afternoon. He then texted and said he got tied up and would be here the following afternoon. That was over a week ago with no call backs or retuned text messages. Extremely frustrating and disappointing

She called multiple businesses and was told it would be at least 5 days. I called Brandon on a Friday morning and told him of the situation and he was there within a few hours! Absolutely THE BEST HVAC company I've ever called. Diagnosed the problem & had it fixed within an hour of showing up. Cost was well below what another company quoted. Can not stress how amazing this experience was. You need someone great you can trust with your HVAC? Call Loftis Heating & Cooling.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & TRAINING- DO NOT USE THEM *8/10/23 update* I ended up having to call back to get transferred to an owner. The secretary was rude and told me I "Wasn't acting very bright". The owner I spoke to was also rude, but we did come to somewhat of an agreement. They are supposed to be sending me on updated bill for just the service call, as I have proof they didn't fix the problem. Obviously, I will never use them again! *Updated 8/8/23* IF I AM CONTACTED, I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW. I called them out for an AC leak in the house. He "unclogged" a pipe on the inside of the house and washed the outside unit with my hose (No cleaner because of animals that he didn't ask me to move). $240 later, the unit was STILL leaking. I called again to come and look at the unit again. I was told that I would have to pay the $240 ,I was billed, before they would fix the AC. I told the lady on the phone I would gladly pay my bill when my AC was fixed, but that they hadn't done anything the first time. I was told that the owner would call me to discuss. I ended up having to fix the AC unit myself.

Did not caulk plentum, prior to setting unit and had to return to align and attach drain line to the wall. Thought this should have been done without my bringing it to anyone's attention. Carpenter work not very well done, but they are HVAC guy's.

Everything was done in a professional manner. When they left, everything was cleaned up and no mess was left. They were curteous and stayed to check and recheck to make sure it was working correctly great job!

Lofts arrived at the scheduled time and did a good job of servicing our air condioning units, including testing out both the heating and air condioning functions. I had a bedroom with 7 windows that wasn't staying warm in the winter or cool in the summer. Scott suggested adding an additional supply vent to the bedroom which solved the problem. He returned , again on schedule, to reroute the vent and also replaced filters. We have used Scott for approximately 5 years and have always been satisfied with the service we received. <br />
