Bragg Heating Company

I've had Bragg service my unit every year since I bought it and the tech always did a good job servicing my unit. My new tech was only at my house for maybe 20 min. I didn't see him even check my outside unit for leaks or pressure. I'm not sure what he checked. I called Bragg and was told my old tech spent too much time doing service calls and they had over 600 units so they couldn't spend as much time doing a service check so I'm not sure what they didn't check. If you have Bragg service your unit I would watch and see what you're getting for your money. I would also ask for a copy of what they are supposed to do on a service call. I was also told if I didn't like what they do when they service my unit I could go to another company. Like I said until today I was always happy with Bragg.

Tavio, the new service tech, was friendly, knowledgeable, and pro active in his routine equipment maintenance service. He went above and beyond my expectations for normal maintenance activities; sequencing his activities to minimize home entry and looking for/resolving extraneous system issues. He assisted with id of a problem with a tankless water heater and offered his expertise to get the issue resolved. We liked his predecessor (William), but Tavio has stepped in and seamlessly assumed the task at hand. Bragg is fortunate to have landed him in their organization!

After a warm night with no AC, I called this morning at 8:00 am hoping for prompt service. I was told they would page technician and get right back. Still waiting….

Extremely punctual and friendly. Always a great experience. They are very well educated in HVAC and keep you informed. Always a reasonable fee for their services.

I love this guy. Mr. Martinez has performed several jobs for me and my friends over the last few years. He's professional, friendly, on time, does the job right, and it's all at a fair price. If you need help with your HVAC you can't go wrong with Martinez HVAC.
