You will regret hiring JA Sauer. They did sloppy, unsafe work installing my furnace and then tried to extort money from me rather than fixing it: 1. They left a huge pile of rubble in my house after making a hole in the wall to run the vent pipe. No clean up, I had to clean up after them. 2. The guys who ran the thermostat wire did the sloppiest job I've ever seen: it wandered all over the basement, and was screwed into ductwork when making extra holes wasn't necessary. 3. They left the thermostat wire dangling in the middle of a closet, which is totally unsafe. When I asked them to come fix it, rather than immediately offering to fix it (the right thing to do), they told me I owed them $300 (even though I had already paid their invoice of $3,800 in full for the agreed on work) and they would only come fix it after I paid them more than we had agreed on. This company is sloppy, unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.

The technician was very professional, neat, clean, and he wore his mask the entire time. Problem was corrected in a timely fashion. No problems at all.

They have been excellent and I would highly recommend them.

J A Sauer has well-trained, efficient, courteous installers. They communicate well, clean up after the work, take away removed equipment, and offer maintenance advice. We have used Sauer for about four years now and have a Mitsubishi Slim system and a Carrier AC system they installed. Very happy with the work--not the least expensive, I'm sure, but fair for the quality of work and equipment they offer

Peyton was excellent. He explained what was going on with our 20+ year old furnace. He spoke to my spouse on the phone too. He helped to arrange an appt with a salesperson to give us a quote on getting a new furnace. Our quote to get a new furnace deducts the price of this service call.

This location is awesome, great pricing, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, service, knowledge, a company that will stand behind there work, the install crew was awesome, kind, friendly, prompt, and professional. We had this company install a new HVAC system high efficiency, 16 sear unit, and two infinity wifi controls,, with zoning, new filter system, some duct work, with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I choose J.A. Sauer because I know that they will still be there when you need them. I recommend this company to everyone.

Workmen arrived on time, and completed the work during the day. They cleaned up the utility room space when done and also answered all my questions regarding the new furnace.

Long overdue review- this past week before Xmas we lost our heat. We called JA Sauer on a Saturday night. Within a couple of hours a technician was at our door. He found that we had actually had a fire inside the boiler that charred all the electrical. The next morning a crew showed up to estimate the damage. They made our situation a priority and had the project completed that week. JA Sauer makes it easy to do business with them. Every once in awhile you run across a contractor who has their act together. JA Sauer is one of them.

Polite. On time. Good communication from the home office. Good communication from the tech while at my house. Quick to take responsibility to resolve and fix a minor accident problem that occurred with a step on the job by the technician. I have used JA Sauer for years and have never had a negative experience. Will continue to use them in the future - good crew of folks.

Arrived at previously scheduled time. Analyzed the issue and identified the problem as a faulty sensor. Didn't have the part on the truck so left to obtain the part. Returned later in the day to complete the work which resolved the problem.

After submitting the lowest bid by a margin of over a thousand dollars, they completed a challenging job on-time and as described. One of the guys nudged a wire he shouldn't have (my electrical is crap) and knocked-out the hallway lights; they didn't give me any grief, and had an electrician out to sort-out the problem within the week. Very happy with the work done, no complaints, would recommend, will use again.

My experience with JA Sauer was excellent. I met Gregg at the Home Show and he visited my home twice to review the proposal. Jeff then followed up to spend time with me to review the work plan in detail and then on the day the installation began, Brandon and Tyler arrived. From the start, they were prompt, professional, neat and very careful. When inside the house, they wore shoe covers and used drop cloths. They cleaned up at the end of each work day and when the job was complete, they took time to explain the use of the system to me. I was extremely pleased and impressed with every phase of this project. I recommend JA Sauer to anyone looking for a professional job.

Timely response, in fact called with opening and I was able to move forward service by two weeks which was real benefit to me. Units were properly serviced, clean up of their work was complete, I would have preferred that he actually cleaned the exterior our each unit, but that was all that I could suggest be better accomplished. From the first conversation with Mark the salesman to the finished installation, the experience with J.A. Sauer was very positive. I felt the company had a high standard of integrity and there were no surprises, The total cost included a Carrier 100,000 BTU, 95% one stage furnace, a 10 years parts and labor warranty , and a one year maintenance agreement. The furnace has been in operation for a year and we are pleased with the heating and the quiet.

Put a temporary fix on that lasted 1 day but warned that it may happen that way.

Everything went wonderfully. After purchasing the offer, I was contacted almost immediately to set up an evaluation. They wanted to send out an employee to make sure that nothing else was needed to complete the project and he was here within a few days. I was then able to schedule the installation and it was a week later. I was contacted to ask if I was ok that the installation was pushed back a few hours due to delay in another job. They did a great job of always keeping me informed of what time they would be here. My installation, by Denny, was done quickly and professionally. He went over everything with me and made sure that I knew how the unit worked. He suggested a few things that I could have done on my furnace as well but didn't push anything on me. I found the whole process to be professional and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

You depend on service companies to treat you with honesty and integrity. You get that with J A Sauer. They are a first rate service company who will treat you with respect.

We have their maintenance plan, too. They're always an A. They've been good on price, and they've been able to make appointments very quickly.
