Derek went above and beyond to make it to my house within 24 hours of a text or call. Within 30 minutes everything was fixed and cleaned up and back to normal. This guy is very knowledgeable and will give you every possible outcome while also explaining what is going on. If you need any work, do not hesitate to give him a call... top notch service in my book, will recommend to ANYONE.

Best service I've had! Guy just came out and is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! He quickly diagnosed and replaced the bad part and got my oil burner back up running 100% all in about an hour. Definitely would recommend without a question.

Derek of 717 Home Comfort in which I got into contact via Thumbtack was more knowledgeable about my 30 year old fuel oil burner than a larger HVAC contractor just trying to sell me a new furnace. Derek was able to save me from having to invest and keep from having to finance a new furnace system. I would recommend Derek for any fuel oil furnace service.

I needed a new HVAC System. My old system broke down several years ago. Derek was prompt in responding to my request and installed the new system with an energy saving and higher rating HVAC. He did not try to sell me an expensive system, just one that met my needs. No fancy sales pitch, just honest service and installation.

I called again an estimate on my heating and air condition conditioning system for replacement. Derek, the owner return my call within 15 minutes mind you this call was made on a weekend. He come out a couple days later up to my system measured it up, figured out what we need to do And went home and gave me a quote. Now keep in mind. I am an HVAC owner of 20 years and I’m too old to do my own bidding anymore so I know the prices I know the markup by saying all that he gave me a fair price and did business exactly like I would’ve so I will give him a five star plus. I’d recommend him to any of my family and friends in the area.

Derek was fantastic! He showed up around 6 and diagnosed part of the problem immediately. He added some refrigerant and fixed the pressure to ensure all units were optimized to their capabilities and spend extra time double and triple checking each head before discussing a problem with the upstairs head and thoroughly discussed the problem.
