Wendy in the office was very helpful and respectful, Joe the gentleman who came out to assess the job did an outstanding job with a rough estimate was spot on an how long it would take, overall amazing job by this company and its workers I’m well pleased

I had an excellent experience with CW Schultz, especially with technicians Brian and Raheem, who came out to fix my tankless water heater. They identified the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. What I appreciated most is that they were honest and didn’t try to overcharge me or push unnecessary services. They put everything back together (that I took apart) without me even asking! The repair was done efficiently, professionally, and at a fair price. I’m very happy with the service I received and would absolutely recommend CW Schultz. Thank you so much!

On Mon, 3/2/26, I called CW Schultz at about 8am. They had just replaced my furnace inducer 3 weeks earlier and they were very concerned when I said the furnace wasn't heating. They sent a repairman in under a half-hour. Kevin was great, personable and efficient. He found and fixxed the problem right away. And the price was great too, NoCharge as a follow-up to a major installation for a loyal customer.

I called at 530am on a Saturday and some sweet gal answered. I was called back in less than an hour by Brian. He was here by 8am on a snowy cold day and was awesome! I probably drove him crazy with small talk but he didn't seem to mind lol. He figured out what was wrong quickly and had the part in the van. Super nice, professional, and clean. 30 minutes and I had heat again that has been working so far for 2 hours and I am sure it will keep working. I am beyond grateful for their 24 hour service. A 55° house on a cold winter day was an emergency for me and they came to the rescue! A HUGE THANK YOU! Yes the labor was crazy but it is a Saturday and expected. Also Brian worked quickly and efficiently and even stopped to pet my overly friendly cat! That in itself tells me he is a decent human!

I contacted CW Shultz regarding my frozen bathroom pipes. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them. Joe and Derrick were great, friendly and went right to work!!! Everyone who I spoke with was kind and caring about my situation. I would definitely use them again! Thanks guys for the outstanding service.

Amazing service. We woke up today with a water leak and my brother-in-law told me to call as he has used your company several times in the past. They were here within the hour and did excellent work. Reasonable price and great service.

Had a blocked sewer and called and they were at my house within an hour or so . The two gentlemen kyle and Joe were the two nicest guys you can meet. Joe W and Derek did a phenomenal job fixing our 80 year old, original to our home, upstairs shower, which had been leaking for quite a while. they actually seemed to enjoy the challenge of working on the old pipes. They arrived at our home when they said they would, and were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. They also fixed my gas grill and fixed my garbage disposal. I highly recommend CW Schultz and Son for your plumbing needs

Joe and Kyle came to our house for an issue with a toilet and fixed it same day! We have been up and running. CW Shultz was great to work worth, from the first initial call everything was awesome. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Joe W and Josh came to my house to change out a wax ring on my toilet. I was able to get a quick appointment. The two gentlemen that came were very nice and respectful of my home. I will definitely use C.W. Schultz again in the future.

C W Schultz and Son saved the day. Called around 2:30 pm today to address our heating system not functioning. Brian our technician evaluated boiler function and honened in on zone valve malfunction. He serviced our 2 zone system including thermostats. and gave us something you can't buy and that is peace of mind that our system was functioning safely and to maximum efficiency. Brian's pleasant nature made the service call stress free thankyou for that Brian. Job well done.

Really fast service, unfortunately I forget the gentleman's names. But I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fix our furnace in a single day other places I called said the would come to look the come back to fix once they get parts, etc... but these guys came and got it all done. I'm also happy that when I asked questions the other gentleman didn't try to add extra work that didn't need to be done. So far it's been about a week and no more big booms when the furnace kicks on. As a side note the receptionist (again terrible with names) was really nice when I called. Would definitely use them again.

Had an appointment for my house and my tenants house both connected. First did their job and then they sent a second unneeded person to do the work on my house. Showed up at 10:45 maybe 11:00am did 45 minutes to one hour worth of work part of that time was just talking and ignoring what we wanted until 15 minutes later when he said oh I understand now, after the work finished sat in his truck for 30 minutes and tried to charge me for 2 hours work, when he worked at most 45 minutes, then told me as long as the vehicle is on the property it counts towards labor. The work they did was above and beyond, but the treatment I received for the woman I was talking to was not needed.

Called them bc my house wasn’t heating, they went change two valve on two steamers. Charge me $225 dollars for the valves & labor but didn’t fix anything. Seems to me that they don’t know what they’re doing. They are just guesting on till they hit the spot. However, by the time you notice that they are just guesting it’s going to be too late. Your bill will be thousands! Also the communication sucks!

Joe C. And Joe G. on 10/2/24. Had a water leak from a refrigerator line and 2 non working faucets. Technicians arrived at designated time. Called me 15 minutes before arrival. They were polite and patient. Fixed my problems efficiently and explained thoroughly what they had done. I have used this plumbing/ HVAC company numerous times in the past. The scheduler is pleasant and sets me up for the first available appointment. The technician’s services have always fixed my plumbing or HVAC issues. I will continue to use CW Schultz.

Top notch! We had a new washer and dryer delivered to our "older" home and that's when all the fun began. The store delivery guys weren't able to hook up the new appliances bc we had a leaking water valve and an old gas valve needed to be replaced. It was an emergency late afternoon situation we were not prepared to have. They were so nice and accommodating and were here and everything was fixed within less than an hour. Wow! Incredible service and the price was very fair. Thank you!

Joe and Kyle from C.W. Schultz replaced our gas water heater and fixed an external water valve this month. Their excellent work was done quickly and efficiently. They were very easy to talk with and explain what we needed. I would recommend Joe and Kyle for all of your plumbing needs.

I had Joe before and thought he was an experienced employee, I could tell he knew his trade well, did good work and I trusted his opinion and he was honest. Top notch service from beginning to end. I’ve had a mini split system for 4 years that’s been leaking for the last 2. Kevin found the problem quickly and worked hard to repair it. When I explained my issue over the phone they sent him saying he was a good diagnostician. Polite and professional service. I would absolutely use C.W. Schultz again!
