We had a problem initially when we turned on the air. We had to call them several times. They kept at it until they found the solution.

The go through the regular routine. The machine is old. The machines a 1994 I think. They just check it out. One of these days it's not going work. I have no problems with these guys.There's two furnaces in this house. They put both the furnaces in and they put one proceeding furnace in. That's why I used them, they're reliable and I have used them for several years now. I don't expect anyone to come out here and work for nothing. I never worked for nothing. If you have a problem they get someone out here right away. They tell you what time of day you want and he's here within an hour, half hour or so.

Great! Upon arrival, Myles asked about what was going on and immediately got to work and diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor. After installing the new capacitor, Myles determined that the system was low on charge, so he added R-22. The system has never worked better! I would highly recommend White Heating!

I did obtain 3 quotes. While White Heating was not the cheapest, their bid was the most comprehensive. Their estimate covered all the services that I requested, as I was upgrading to some more expensive, and more energy efficient units. They also promptly responded to my emails, returned my calls, or had someone call me and advise the salesman was on vacation and wouldn't respond for another week. Two men from White Heating arrived at the date and time as promised. They completed removed the old furnace and the old A/C unit. They also had to drill new holes in the wall to comply with my request to move the position of the A/C unit about ten feet, as I never did like how the previous owner of the house placed the old A/C unit near the dryer vent. The new units required new PVC pipes for air intake and exhaust as the old unit sent the exhaust into the chimney. Some new duct work inside the home was also needed near the blower, as I have an older home. Crew also installed a hummidifier. The guys did good work, and all of the services that I requested. The new units are much more efficient. I do have an older home, so there were some obstacles that needed to be overcome, but I made all of this clear to the salesman when he came to provide an estimate. I only had two minor complaints about the experience. One worker did grumble about some additional wiring that was needed, even though I made the salesman aware of some less than desirable wiring the in basement for the old furnace. They did also leave quite a bit of dust, dirt and debris in the basement, even though I allowed them to use my shop-vac. I realize that the installation was dirty job, but I ended up sweeping and cleaning up again after they left.

<p>My central A/C unit stopped working at 8 AM on a Sunday when the forecast was for 90+ degrees that day and the next few days.  I called and got their answering service who said they'd call me Monday AM.  I talked to them Monday AM and they put me on the schedule for Tuesday around 10:30 AM.  They called me around 10:15 Tuesday to say they were running about 1 hour behind, but it ended up being about 3 hours behind.  That's the reason or the B grade...</p> <p>Once there, the nice repairman figured out in 15 minutes that the problem was my compressor fan motor, which was 40 years old (the whole unit is original).  He took the old fan with him to the shop and they tried to find a replacement part that would fit.  They found the part and came back out and had the unit working by 3 PM that day.  I was very happy they could fix it so quickly, especially since it was so hot and they were busy.  </p> <p>I will likely be in need of a whole new A/C and furnace next year, so I will be calling White for an estimate.  </p> <p>I also called one of their competitors for my original repair on Monday, and they never called me back until Friday.  really?  White does seem to try to keep the customer informed of when they will arrive. </p> <p><br /></p> <br />

Everything went very well and the interaction was good. He was on time and I have been using them for 20 years. I have not had any problems with them.

I called the answering service last night at around 1:30 a.m. The person on the other end of the phone was very pleasant and passed the message on to the day staff. I received a phone call at 8:30 a.m. and an appointment was scheduled for shortly after 1 p.m. the same day. Also, the man from the office looked up my address and noticed that the previous owner of my house had recently purchased the furnace from them and said it was still under warranty. The technician showed up on time, performed the work quickly and explained what he did and why. He was very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

Very well.  I called White Heating and A/C on Sunday morning and left a message with answering service.  I communicated to the service that a burring smell was coming out of a/c vents and I turned unit off. Said tech would call me monday morning.  Tech called around 8:30am Monday and said he'd stop by around 11:00am.  Perfect, right on time!  He took his shoes off right at the door!  Very professional.  Work completed within an hour.  He showed me the old motor and pointed out what I was smelling coming through the vents.  He made sure A/C was working before he left.  No mess made.  Very efficient. <br />
