They were very good, they always comes out quickly. When they come and see some issues, they always come and fix it right away. I have them come once a year in fact I will be having them soon to check the system again for this year's service.

Never informed about the service call charge when he called for appointment. After the guy came to my place, I told him that I am waiting for my American Home Shield guy. That time also, his employee did not talk about service call charge. Then the guy came inside and looked at the blower unit and told that, it need recharge. Then he charged me $85 as service call charge. Too much for a guy to come and look at the unit. Never, never call this company.

I was very impressed with Cool-Aid. The response time was super quick, they had the problem with the AC unit identified within minutes and when above and beyond the call of duty. A very pleasant experience with Cool-Aid and I will use them again! Matthew Warrington, Pa
