I can't say enough about RiverView Mechanical. I hired another local company to come assess the condition of my 2017 Carrier heat pump system. The initial company said that my compressor was shot and needed replaced. The compressor alone was quoted at $5800 with virtually no warranty. I was then convinced to upgrade the entire system so that I would be fully warranted for 10 years parts and 5 years labor. A friend convinced me to contact RiverView Mechanical. I'm so glad I did. The technician arrived on time and I told him that my system was no longer keeping my house at a comfortable temperature during the hottest days. He immediately started his investigation. About 40 mins later he explained that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my system. The compressor was testing like it was new, no refrigerant leaks, nothing (other than a dirty filter which he replaced) . He said the only thing that was causing me problems were the bushes surrounding my outside unit. He said he had trimmers in his van and he actually trimmed the buahes back for me. My A/C works great!! Back to new!. RiverView saved me $13,100!!! Wow! Honesty and Integrity. So happy with the great and friendly service. Call RiverView.. you won't regret it!

A Riverview technician recently serviced our heating/cooling and tankless hot water systems. While doing so, he discovered a loose gas fitting, which allowed a small gas leak in our basement; he then tightened and corrected the problem. Thank you, Austin, for the thorough, careful, and safety-minded, service. Also, in the summer of 2024, Bryce and Julio from Riverview installed an LG mini-split system for us. Our home was without water. We called Riverview emergency phone : within minutes, an owner responded with incredible customer service. The 2nd owner responded personally the next morning with a plan. Within 24 hours a quality team was on site to install a new well pump. Water was restored. Professional, Quality, customer service, on time, after hours response, knowledgeable team members. Not only do we recommend Riverview, we will also use their services for plumbing, hvac, and water softeners. Riverview mechanical is an excellent company, very professional and courteous. They installed a dual heating system in my house heat pump/propane. During install they realized I had a leak in my line and were able to fix it on the spot. Definitely recommend

The quoting process and product offering from Riverview was excellent. Price for split units installed were as expected and even with supply chain issues they stayed in communication and quickly installed the units once they were available. The installer did a good job installing the units but could use a bit more attention to detail. I would recommend Riverview to anyone who is looking for a honest quote and quality product.

Riverview was awesome in getting my boiler back up and running. They are honest, up front and don't charge a "dispatch" fee like the other companies do even on a Sunday morning. Very honest and up front and you don't just get a random person answering the phone, I spoke directly with the owner.

I had RiverView install a new heat pump and mini split system throughout my home. They were on time, got the job done quick, and advised on changing things to make my system more efficient. After they were done they had cleaned up so well it was as if no-one was there! Would recommend everyone to use RiverView for any HVAC needs!

RiverView has always been open and honest about any issues I have had with HVAC. I have never had any issues with them and their pricing is very fair. I had been using a competitor of this company for many years and was shocked when I received a bill for a service call that was about three times more than what I expected ($85 for showing up and an additional $270 for and hour of diagnostic work). So I paid it, but shopped around. Fortunately, Riverview was recommended to me by a friend. You see, Riverview doesn't advertise, unlike their competitor, and lands its business via word of mouth. I own a complicated geothermal system that's not easy to understand, but Riverview was still able to diagnose and repair the system for same price the other company charged just for diagnostic services. Wow, what a difference! I'm not easy to please, but Riverview impressed me and yes, I'm pleased! Let end this review on this thought... If a company has to advertise extensively to grow or maintain their business/revenue, than where is the word of mouth? There isn't any! They have to advertise to find the next unsuspecting consumer so they can wallop them with an extremely inflated bill. BTW, many HVAC company's commission their tech, so there's a motivation to soak people that live in large houses, Riverview doesn't do this, so make your first call to Riverview, you won't be disappointed.

Great hard working crew, had some issues with the installation but they came back the next day and got it fixed. Other than some marking on my freshly painted ceiling around the air return vent, and billing issues (ended up $4,800.00 more than quote), it's a good working system.

Kyle installed a new gas furnace for us. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. This company was responsive and ordered the parts as well as installed quickly. They were sure to give quotes quickly. Highly recommend!
