I should give them zero but they had reasonable prices online. Unfortunately I ordered the parts needed for a broken boiler during this cold winter, paid extra for shipping and did not receive the part. Not even an email advising the part was no longer in stock and would not be available for days to come. Very disappointing and aggravating.

Great price. I got two radiant stove burners for the price that other websites (including Amazon) were quoting for one. Even better, they arrived two days ahead of schedule. Since I read some negative reviews, I checked both over pretty closely before installing, and they looked great. Installed them, and everything was up and running in just a few minutes. I was looking for a bathroom fan motor online and came across this store on eBay. I looked on their website and then found the part. I then called them and they confirmed it to be in stock. So I went to their store and their customer service person was extremely helpful and friendly. Only $11 for the part I needed. Extremely efficient and helpful!

Ordered a craft ice maker replacement for LG fridge. Easy ordering, product shipped timely, packed well, works as advertised.

When you walk in there there's a chime to let employees know that there's a customer present. After a few minutes a gentleman from the office came out and called out someone to come to the counter he eventually did however he had an attitude as though if I interrupted his day. And when asked a simple question about the product he replied he don't know he's not a technician as opposed to I'm sorry I'm not familiar with this product.

Ordered a heating element for my Samsung dryer. The price was great with very fast shipping. However the replacement part was slightly narrower than the original so I couldn't mount it like the old part. But it does work

Service attitude is just not what it should be. Had an issue with a part received from McCombs Supply. The representative worked hard over several days to be UNHELPFUL in a way showing problematic customer service orientation. There are better places to place orders for whatever you may need.

So disappointed with McCombs Supply. Paid for fast shipping and arrived late. Parts were absolute junk. Bearing wore through shaft and Idler melted. Overpriced garbage. Poor service.

Says their parts are "exact replacement parts". Part did not fit. Tried to steal half my money on the refund because "Scratches on the terminal". Bunch of frauds at McCombs Supply Co.

Order #995955 I ordered a COMBO dryer part set. Only received my motor 😞. Three stars because I am happy with their delivery speed and I also tested the motor which is good. But I thought the rest of my parts will be coming separately. I still haven’t received anything other than my motor. I tried calling the company several times but no one picks up the phone.

I bought 4 LED lights for my Jennair refrigerator. I knew I had to replace only two of them since they were connected in a series. I had tried another source before but that order did not go through. With Mc Coms supply , they promptly shipped out the lights. We now have a fridge with lights ! Thank you for the prompt shipment.

Bought a heating element which shipped fast and that was great, but didn’t fix my oven and now I can’t return it. What kind of return policy is that. I made them aware it was unused, literally just pushed it in, didn’t work, but they still won’t accept it. Told me because they only sell new products. I work in Corporate America and have worked for smaller companies, selling new products and allocating for returns and replacements are separate departments. There’s no reason you can’t be more realistic with returns, especially if the customer is willing to pay to ship it back. It’s just good ethical customer service. You should stand behind your products. It’s ridiculous if you read before ordering that you have 30 days to return something (which is why I ordered it from you and not Amazon) but the fine print is it can’t even be opened to see that’ll fix your problem. Of course people need to reasonably test your products, it’s unused and you should happily accept them back if that’s the case. There should be a large disclaimer before purchasing if you have to reach out to customer service because all sales are final in most cases - your return policy is misleading and deceptive.

The way this man talked to my mother. Is horrible. It is ok. My cousins live in Hanover AND York and would really love to talk to you.

Chose this company because the price point was lower compared to other sellers—shipping was affordable as well. DIY dryer fix completed for just $15.84, a little elbow grease, and the help of YouTube. Will definitely purchase from here again if the need arises.

I found McCombs Supply through a search on Google for parts specifically for my refrigerators model number. I found the bins I needed very easily. Great prices and the fastest shipping around. I ordered my stuff Sunday and got them today. Already have all the shelves installed and now it's just waiting for my wife to organize the items the way she wanys them.

Horrible,. We called looking for a replacement compressor and they refused to even try to help because what we needed was out of the norm. Can you say RUDE much, Guy was a total jerk on the phone
