Good experience. Nick was a great guy, we never got a call back with a price and are now without heat for the night. Price we paid for a visit and not getting anything fixed was 320$ for telling us they’ll get a quote for a new boiler and a price to fix the boiler.

This company is the best!! Our walk in freezer crashed at 530 and Marc our favorite tech turned around on his way home and came right away! His knowledge is absolutely amazing!!! He quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running before any product was lost! As always thank you! You have a life long customer here for sure!

My walk-in cooler went down on Friday night. After calling multiple repair services and was turned down for a sat service call including my regular service person, MJ said they could come out. Tech arrived and sorted the problem out quickly saving my fresh flower inventory from spoiling waiting for the other guys on Monday. I guess I’m now switching to MJ for my regular service needs as well. Great people !

This is the second time using MJ MAC first time Nick was the technician, this time Rome was my technician. From my first call to the technicians has been a excellent experience.my refrigeration units needed repair. Had Aiden from MJ Mac come out today to try and fix our refrigerator in our coffee shop unfortunately need some major repairs may have to just purchase a new one thank you MJ Mac for being there for us always

So impressed! Saturday morning, came in to our fridge is at 65°. Called our (now previous) fridge folks 3 times, no answer. No callback. Called MJ Mac from an online search. Answered right away. Today M.J. Mac provided a 2nd opinion after another well known company told me that my HVAC was a health hazard due to extremely high CO2 levels and that I needed a new unit as the heat exchanger needed to be replaced and was no longer made. M.J. Mac sent a technician within a couple of hours. The heat exchanger is still made and further more it is a part still under warranty. The high CO2 levels were disputed and measured within the acceptable limits. Would definitely recommend this honest and professional company.

My heating and air conditioning unit's life was extended thanks to annual service by M.J.Mac. But when the time came and the cost to fix and keep it running efficiently wasn't cost effective, they worked with me to find the right system to replace my 20+ year old system. I cannot even begin to thank them enough for the service calls this summer when it was outrageously hot and my ac finally kicked the bucket. They worked hard to diagnose and provide repair estimates. Ultimately we chose to replace the entire unit, and we are amazed by their hard work to make everything perfect. The new system runs extremely efficient and we couldn't have been happier. Until today. Today, I received a rebate check. Not only was the service outstanding, but they even worked after the job to get me money back. Very impressed. Jay and Matt worked extremely hard to make sure evening was working and we were completely satisfied... and now I'm even happier. Not only was their pricing on point but their service is unmatched. Definitely a customer for life. Special thanks to Jay for finding a unit so fast during a time when they were in short supply!

I have to say we are very happy with the service provided in installing our new AC/Heater. CJ and Mark and the team were professional, friendly and got the job done. The work was done exactly as quoted. What impressed us most is that the team stayed late on Friday to make certain we had AC before the heat wave started. Job well done! Been using M.J. Mac for residential AC startup service and maintenance for the last few years, after calling them for emergency service on our heater. All of the techs that have come out to our house (including the owner) arrived on time and were personable, extremely professional and thorough. You can tell the company really cares about the work they do and we found their service rates to be perfectly reasonable. Quality service, great guys, great company – highly recommended!

MJ Mac is one of a kind! I needed service for my AC immediately when temps were soaring and Jay and his team was there within an hour. I have referred him to many people and everyone says the same! I have used M.J. Mac twice this year and have been very satisfied both times. The techs were prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Both issues were handled quickly. Most importantly there was no up-selling or making unnecessary repairs to inflate the bill..

I had them come out to clean my hvac ducts and look at the unit in my new home back in November, 2023.. They were on time and honest. They could not clean the one duct do to the way it is mapped out and let me know that they didn't do it and why. If they didn't say anything I would of not known.

If you have any HVAC or Refrigeration needs I would highly recommend calling MJ MAC INC. Had an issue with my system at my home. This company dispatched a tech same day and charged my system and the price was very reasonable. My uncle also owns a bar and needed service on his walk in box. MJ MAC INC. called back right away and sent some one out immediately to fix the issue. Eventually he needed a new walk in box and again called MJ MAC. The service was incredible once again. They are wonderful and I highly recommend!!
