Swimmingly. Two installers showed up early. It was a rainy day and they put down tarps to cover the floor because they would be in and out. Also put a tent over at the outside unit to keep that relatively dry. Did a wonderful job on the installation, explained what needed explanation and cleaned up completely. Both installers were professional and knew their business. They finished the job in less time than expected.

Did a bandaid fix and did not fix the underlying issue.

The call was scheduled on very short notice. They basically came out the next business day. The technician, Karl, was friendly and professional. He completed the job and answered all of my questions. I have always been pleased with Air Professionals. They are very responsive.

This company has been consistently poor in its capabilities and why I did not move away from them sooner is my fault, I will never let them near my home again. I would strongly advise no-one ever using this company. My experience has been built up from about 10 years of poor capabilities.

They stand behind their work, have quick response, courteous, professional and efficient.

I called Air Professionals at 8am (in January) because my oil boiler was not working at all. The technician, Edwin, arrived before noon. He diagnosed the problem ? it was a faulty control unit. Edwin reviewed my options with me, and I settled on a refurbished control unit with a two year warranty. He went out, got the unit, and came back an installed it. He answered all of my questions in a polite and friendly manner. Everything is working fine now. Great job! <br />

The job went very smoothly. The 2 men who worked showed up on time and worked diligently. They took great care to not ruin any furniture/floors. The job took 1 1/2 days and they left the house spotless. I've had the system working for about a month now and it works perfectly. Highly recommended and would use again. <br />

I have had a service contract with them for over 15 years. They are prompt, efficient, and friendly. They are also competent. They meet and exceed my expectations. They service the unit yearly. Whenever I have a problem they come right out. I have never been disappointed with them.

They are extremely efficient and trustworthy. I have used them nearly fifteen years. If there is any problem, I can call, and they come out within a couple of hours. They are awesome.

This went very well. We were very surprised that they did not try to sell us extra services and that the quote that they gave on the phone was exactly how much it cost. He even showed me how to fix one of the stuck air vents next time myself.

They promised that they would complete the work in one day. They showed up at 8:00 AM and were done by 3:00 PM. Two minor issues were addressed and corrected early the next morning in less than one hour. It's refreshing to find this reliability and professionalism in contractors these days.

We were happy overall. They arrived on time, worked hard, though it was messy. There was soot all over the house by the end. The next day we noticed an oil smell, they came that day and took care of it.
