Working with HSA has been a tremendous experience. It’s immediately clear why they’ve stood the test of time—they genuinely care. The company has intentionally created positions to make sure existing clients feel valued while still growing and welcoming new ones.

HSA has always done great work for our school. The response time is incredible and the account manager is always checking in to make sure we are happy with our service. I would highly recommend them to those who understand the value of quality service.

Fantastic customer service. From the first person who picked up to get me scheduled all the way to the techs that came to fix my systems. So happy I went with them .

I called in because I was past due. I get it, I’m also a business owner and it can be frustrating when customers don’t pay. However, I had questions regarding my invoices because I don’t remember one of them, so I called in and the woman who took answered was very rude. I told her why I was calling and asked her if she could break down the invoices for me. She said no and immediately asked for my card information to make the payment. I told her hold on and she hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Since they’re a “big” company, they think they can just do whatever and don’t care about losing customers. She could’ve just pulled up my records and told me my invoices but NO, she had to be rude. Never getting my services done here and also telling my other business owners not to call here. There are other small companies out there that would be happy to provide service for me with a better price anyways.

The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and straight to the point ...very honest and beats competitors price by a lot... recommended him to 2 other people already

Great mechanical contractor.

I had my outside faucet leaking from behind the wall and water running into my basement. Tracy gave me a rough estimate over the phone and then after assessing the situation, he told me what it would cost extra. He had to cut into the drywall ceiling, cut out existing piping and reroute the plumbing, and then install a new faucet and an optional shut-off vale. What I liked about him was his honesty, commitment to do a fine job, and his professionalism. He took his time to do the job really well in a hard to reach area. 3 1/2 hours of work at roughly $75/hr (when I did the math) that included all the parts installed and a warranty of 1 yr - you don't find many plumbers like that these days.

The cleanup could have been better otherwise satisfied.

Tracy was super helpful! Lost heat, called, and he walked me through the solution step by step over the phone. Father of 3 small kids, so tonightl they have a warm place to sleep. My wife thinks I'm a hero too! Would highly recommend Martin Mechanical!!!! Life saver!

Efficient and very personable Good communicator

He came to fix my heater and after one day, it did not work. He charged me a lot for nothing. He did spend time here but I have to hire someone else so I would get heat in the home. DO NT HIRE THIS MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contracted them out for two things. Did work with church that has 3 locations. Did prompt and really good work in two locations. Came with the best price. Which was a concern at first but he did really good quality and service. Did repairs to ac units and was honest. Installed a hot water heater and that went really well. Put in electrical boxes as well. Everything he has done has been good and always clean.

They showed up on time and did a good job. Very thorough, very responsive and prompt.
