Great company! I had them come out and service my heating system just to make sure it was running well before the cold weather hits. These guys are great, very knowledgeable, professional, were on time and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need. It was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future!

Aire Serv came out to do a tune up on my furnace. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. I will call them again for my next maintenance check and again when it’s time for my annual tune up.

The Lake Oswego franchise is a few years old, so don't let this site confuse you. Aire Serv (the parent company) is 82 years old. I hate to give a terrible review but they didn't finish the job and I'm having to do it again with another install crew. They claimed they were done when the system wasn't working. They gave me the parts, connected them and said they fulfilled the contract after the system wasn't performing. Don't trust me -- Lennox field supervisor for the Pacific NW, Jim Kern, agrees and is supporting me. He failed to get them to make good on the spirit of the contract after a few conversations. Unless you're an HVAC expert who can break down the statement of work clearly, know they may just jump off the job and take on new work because they want to get more contracts. They billed the job in full without my confirmation that we're done, even though the same day I was sharing that the system wasn't performing, e.g. the home was well above the set temperature and had a wide range of temperatures across the zones. They sold me the most expensive equipment and didn't configure it. We've had experts come out since who've been amazed by the low quaility and haphazard nature of the work. These guys may have had some phases in their existence where they were doing good work, but that's not now.

Dean, Jared and Justin explained everything very well and were awesome. After completion, I had an electrical issue I thought the team caused. Dean, though he knew they didn't cause the issue, came by checked it out and solved the problem. That's the extra in customer service. Thank you!
