Quite well. Easy to make the appt via good office staff. Tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. He determined that our system was working quite well, but was not cooling quite as effectively as is should because of a presumed mild decrease in the volume of refrigerant. The fix he advised was surprisingly expensive because of the expense of the now outdated refrigerant needed. Decided to not proceed with "the fix" because system functioning adequately for our needs. Tech also gave me several good suggestions for maintaining my system.
