All Air HVAC Service

We had no heat and it was late on a Friday. We called several places and were told no way, too busy, going hunting etc. Then we called All Air. We knew nothing about them, but all technicians were busy, so the manager came straight away. It didn't take him long and he went straight to the source....a spider nest in the line. He cleaned it, and did not charge us extra for an emergency. He was professional, efficient, courteous and we were very grateful for his prompt service. We thought the charge was extremely reasonable. We also had them replace our thermostat. It was also done efficiently and reasonably. From the office staff, who are outstanding, to the field techs, we appreciate and respect their expertise and customer service. We will be using their services again. Thank you, All Air!

This heater ac pump was installed from All Air in La Grande Oregon ..professional or not my entire walkway was frozen out this winter .. We were told to turn our heater off.. update on 12/21 I was called by Scott the owner at All Air and after expressing my concern and my husbands frustration that we have been trying to resolve since installed prior to August ..Scott the owner told me a white woman to have my partly Indian husband to call him and talk to him like a white man, I calmly repeated what he said, just so that I heard him correctly and he said yes mam like a white man... I am disappointed in this response from business owner and by this service and just general experience....

Am due for shoulder surgery the 12th of August, talked with Ida in the office. She got us in a little over a week after ordering furnace and AC unit. Couldn't be more impressed. Thanks Ida and crew. Stacye and Charlie

You need to listen to customers of ALL AIR HVAC. It has been about 2 1/2 years since new installation and about 5 1/2 months since they set my system on fire. During the install, they hooked up a 120v recepticle under my house for the condensation pump. A week later my system shut fully down, so all air tech comes out, he didn't even bring a flashlight, so let hiim use mine, we went under the house, the recepticle they installed was black and melted. It was installed incorrectly was not even on a breaker as it should have been, the system condensation built up and that is what shut the system down. It could have caused a fire under my home. Do you think a licensed electrician installed that recepticle? Nope!! Then 2 years later I started to smell wire burning and then the system shut off, so I called All air and they had a tech come out.. He opened the main panel and you could see wires were burnt, there was a wire coming from the back that crossed other recepticles tha was tight against them and you could see where it was arcing.. So the tech cleaned the wires off and bypassed a few things and then we sat there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the system to turn on, it ddin't and he said he could figure out why, he forgot to turn the breakers back on inside the unit..?? So he turned them on and did a couple other things and then goes outside to do something to the heat pump, the system catches fire and starts burning sending smoke all through my home. As per my security camera's, I ran out yelling at him, he runs in and puts out the fire and says he will have to order some sequencers and parts.. I asked him about the wire crossing the terminals that caused this, something that happened at installation or from the factory. He suddenly tells me that wire had nothing to do with the problem.. Really?? that is one of the number one causes of why sequencers fail and burn, a wire crossing them that eventually wears the rubber down from vibrations and starts to arc.. So he comes back a week later and repairs the unit. I get a bill from All air for all the parts, all the damage.. I am like what??? Number one, this was installed incorrectly, number two, the tech set my furnace on fire. So I call them, their admin basically called me a liar and of course I got upset, Then Scott calls me and I tell him what happened with it all, well, they denied they did anything wrong.. I called lennox, they were helpful until I told them it started on fire, then they suddenly did not know who All air hvac was as a company.. I ended up settling with Scott for half, just to get rid of him and all air out of my life.. They disgust me.. They are liars and they took advantage of a customer for money!!! I paid them allmost 15K to put this system in my houses and i dont even trust it.. My heat pump still makes a slamming noise when it starts, they couldn't even fix it. Lots of problems. I am a 100% honest person, I have the photos of the wire crossing, I have video of their tech.. They are a very dishonest company and I wouid warn the community about them. They ripped me off!!! I was a facitlites director for a long time dealing with service professionals like this.. This company is not honest!!! They lied and stole from me!! Be warned, you are not their bottom line, Money is!!! That is not good for you as a customer if something goes wrong that is not your fault, how many people have they blamed for their mistakes and charged them. Who knows. I have considered this honest review for 5 1/2 months and put a lot of weight into warning others.. This company was Not honest with me. They ripped me off and now I am out money and spent 15K and with a system I cannot trust.

We had a contract will all air to do install on a new home. The final part was to provide and install parts for our pellet stove. We called multiple times and it was on excuse after another. We finally talked with the project manager and he told us they were to busy and it was OK to get someone else to do it. This whole time they were accepting new jobs. We bought and installed everything ourselves and they tried to send us a bill of $2300. I denied payment because the breach of contract and Kaber came to our residence to try to intimidate me. I just told him to leave. We kept getting statements with interest and he finally sent it to collections. We took them to court and all air lost. I would stay away from this company. Not only is the work shotty but the owner is very questionable ethically.

Was able to get an appointment for service on our propane stove in a very timely manner. Keenan arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning and insuring all was well with the performance of our stove. Very friendly and professional! Best service on our stove we've ever had!

Great business to deal with. They came out same day to quote an install of our AC. They kept us updated on the status of the parts order. When it came time for the actual installation, they were on-time and professional. Would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repairs/installation.

All Air HVAC is the only company I call when I have heating needs. Every fall when its time to relight the pilot light of my gas stove, All Air is the company I trust to do that and to make sure my stove is in good working order. Most recently, I got same day service when my thermostat quit working. Was very happy to see the HVAC work van show up in my driveway. Great customer service and pricing is affordable for the prompt work they do. 5 Stars all the way.

We left a message for service department and got a call back in a very timely manner, same day. Our quote we received over the phone was more than fair. Jeremy seems very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of our questions. Great service

These guys sent a man out fairly quickly to look at my heater that wasn't working. He showed me pictures of holes and cracks in it and said that he thinks we need a whole new one for 4.5k. I got a second opinion and they found no such damage, and ended up being able to repair the thing. I believe All Air's man showed me pictures of someone else's heater in hopes of a sale. Don't trust em.

The fellows who came were very polite and kept us up on what they were doing every step of the way. I think it was Dion and Ryan. They gave us instructions, such as "do not cover the unit." They found a problem with the furnace and did not proceed until that had been resolved, even though they had to come back a second day.

These guys do a great job. They come as soon as they can and give us a price much cheaper than the competition. I highly recommend them.
