Our initial consult with Ron was very thorough, learned quite a bit about how our furnace & AC units work together to regulate our homes comfort. He went up into our attic space to visually inspect our furnace and also outside for the AC. Answered all our questions - there were many because we've never lived with an AC unit before and didn't understand that it's performance greatly relies on the efficiency of the furnace. <br /> We didn't feel that we were rushed or "up-sold" in any way as Ron was relaxed and very knowledgeable addressing all of our concerns. <br /> We had gotten two other bids for this work and felt that Caveman would give us the best for our buck. <br /> The work was scheduled at our convenience and the men showed up on time as promised. The work was completed on time without any complications. We were given a complete explanation of our new thermostat's operation and all materials related to our new units were given to us before the last of the 3 men left. <br /> They were careful not to scuff my walls and laid drop cloths on my floors, very appreciated. <br /> Our AC is running perfectly up to this date, the furnace was turned on to test on day of install but we haven't needed it yet. <br /> We're very confident in Caveman's work. <br />

We got four estimates before selecting Caveman. They weren't the least expensive, but they seemed the most professional,  giving us a detailed estimate and the exact equipment they would be installing. They were very quick and completed the job in less than a day. There was one problem with a cutoff valve, but they returned to fix it as soon as they could get the part. We were very pleased with their work and the furnace has been working flawlessly. <br />

We could not have asked for a better worker by the name of Tony from caveman heating and air-conditioning. After encountering a few problems with caveman heating and air conditioning Tony came out and rectified the situation. His after installation work and replacing new ducks on our new 5 ton air conditioner made the difference that now allows us to keep our whole house cool. Thank U Tony.

they had two units that were backordered but arrived in time. two installers did the job, much under the house work, the whole thing went smoothly even though the under house work slowed them down a bit, they finished on time. the system works perfectly..we had baseboard heat and window a/c units..no complaints. all work stuff cleaned up, training provided to operate system, each unit has its own remote..system is very quiet..Daiken system <br />

Well they arrived about 2 hours before they were expected. And I really did appreciate that since I was sweating badly. Anyway Bobby the Tech. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Way to go Caveman. <br />

It was the first time that I have used them. They were very good, clean and professional. It works great. They were recommended by our contractor.

I requested an estimate on a new gas and elec. unit. It took them almost 2 weeks to get a written estimate back to me ; only when I requested it. Ron had given me a verbal quote but no one contacted us after that. They did not seem to care about getting the job. This surprised me since we had bought 2 heatpumps from them before and were happy with them and the <br /> service. I don't know what the difference is but I sure noticed something different in the staff. <br /> <br />

The person who came out to give the estimate was prompt and professional as were the members of the crew who did the actual work.

We will continue to use them.

I've had no problems since. They were really good, it was 110 degrees. They came out the same day even though they were really busy.

They had some expertise in putting the wall units called Mitsubishi mini splits. So, they had to run special lines through the walls and things like that. It was different and it was not like putting in a furnace. These were special units and they knew as to what they were doing. They had no problems in putting the units in there. They were familiar with the product and they were someone that had the expertise to go with it. This was a new type of heating and air conditioning theory that was very efficient. I was very much able to run zones without any problem whereas the other central unit would use up a lot more energy which would lead to wastage of a lot of energy.
